- Your location - Poland
- Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) - Netia
- Approximate date and time the issues began - today since 3 pm. Currently unplayable due to constant disconnects
Same here, Poland, provider: PLUS. This evening game is unplayable due to constant disconnections.
I used PlanetVPN free version and connect to german server and works well : )
Reading about using VPN alternative, that’s just ridiculous that people need to connect to Blizzard’s official server, paying money for game and monthly subscription and USE VPN, in the same time receiving response from support in a manner “well, help yourself, make calls to your provider, look in forum threads what other people say”. really, not only the issue is annoying but also the attitude towards players when they declare the problem after maintenance work. with all my respect, this is just frustrating.
- Poland
- Provider: not Netia
The game disconnects every 5 mins, battle.net is also experiencing connectivity issues.
With a connected VPN everything works fine
Poland
Local Provider - no Netia, Orange, PLUS etc
DC every 5 min after logging
no, they legit just piss on us.
we should demand the compensation… We have problem FOR THE WHOLE DAY, now it’s 8:30 PM and still no fix nor even single information…It’s not what we are paying for guys.
Game is unplayable for atleast 8 hours, what am i paying for?
and the fact that its the weekly reset day where you have the most content available…
I just want clear communication, what’s the problem and when it’s going to be fixed. Also my loot is currently messed up. Adventure Guide says I defeated 5 bosses, but the Great Vault shows 4. I have no idea what’s going on, and it feels like Blizzard doesn’t care.
My assumption currently is that this is caused by Netia. There seem to be an issue when routing between Netia nodes changes.
I can’t pin point it yet, for me it seem routing of the connection goes through POZNH002RT09 node it does not go further to level3 nodes.

Many local providers use Netia network.
Check if you have inetia nodes when you do in command line:
tracert eu.battle.net
This will help verify whether it is caused by Netia or not.
IT’s not only Netia, plenty of people have the same problem despite having a different provider

I’m also having connection problems all day today. I tried reinstalling the battle.net application and the game itself, but nothing helped…
Yup, exactly.

It is not only Netia, and for me (I use Netia) tracer leaves Poland and then the issues start.
