Fresh Realms needed

This is the point, timing is key … I am afraid if they wait too long after Naxx the people will ask for tbc and we won’t see a few fresh realm released.

I also think sometime in between would be good.

Do you want to play on a realm with very small population? Raiders and their associates would not reroll now while after some time in naxx and no TBC progression they would roll to newer fresh.

Seems completely fair to me, Diablo 2 does have seasonal ladder resets perhaps something similar could be introduced for a ‘type’ of Classic servers?

Runescape also does something similar with Ironman type things though those are a bit different as well, it’s all quite very interesting and there’s something that could be done there or perhaps ‘hardcore’ type servers with more restrictions.

I would also like them to fix the dungeon xp since it was confirmed to be higher than it was in real Vanilla, which definitely got a lot of people easier to max level just dungeon spamming + the raid methods. I really enjoyed the race to 60 even though I wasn’t server first 60 I was 3rd, which was to be expected I guess since I never got to play pserver or beta.

Then again I’m also the person that really wants, if they release TBC to be fresh server starts too. But I hear a lot of push back against that, people don’t want to re-level, start from scratch etc… I don’t know, I just really enjoy the old leveling methods and I still to this day have so many alts I’m leveling on different servers messing with different builds each time.

I’ve already suggested this but a dedicated realm for non-veterans would be wonderful. My biggest disappointment was that the AQ event was finished so quickly by players with 15 years experience that it didn’t give new players a chance to even take part. That coupled with the fact that my guild was so small meant I never had a chance to even take part in the Sceptre questline, and I was really looking forward to that.

You want to be a part of the scepter grind or do you want to spend weeks farming peacebloom?

The questline, ideally, but I would do the gathering on the side.

And what stops you from farming some yourself and selling them for a ton of gold?

Then all you need is an average pve realm. War Effort on Nethergarde Keep ended like yesterday and mostly due to relatively small group of War Effort farmers and coordinators. There is a big difference between doing few turn-ins “on the side” vs actually finishing the war effort quicker than a month.

As for sceper… We are doing Maws today. Week+ in Silithus was a unique experience, but one to never be repeated. Then you go farm MC trash for googles. If you arent lucky you are there for days. Then green elite drakonids. Even non-ashenvale are a long grind. There is a big difference in checking it out vs actually doing it

Be careful what you wish for. Things like war effort or scepter questline have a lot of mystique attached to them but when you actually touch them hard truth reveals.

having a job and family irl?

Pretty sure even a person with a job and a family irl can farm some leather or fish. And if you couldn’t with high prices, you couldn’t with low prices either.

Blizzard wont make a fresh server just before shadowlands.

Dont expect them to be soon.

Repost this near the end of TBC or even WOTLK because it won’t happen yet.
