Common sense. They can’t enforce collusion on an external site or program.
And using two account is not colluding with someone. Otherwise I would be banned for moving items across factions in Classic.
Show me any rule that says collusion is not allowed.

Cross faction communication is forbidden ingame. You claim that in one of your posts. Doing it outside of the game is fine.
Players should be banned for those.
You seem to be nitpicking when we generally agree on things.
That is what their Termination of Service document claims. Collusion implies that there is secrecy involved. There is no such requirement. Using a second account meets the only requirement.
It’s all moot anyway. Blizzard have shown no interest in punishing players using addons for direct communication between the factions.

Show me where it says one person doing something like using the Neutral AH to move an item is against the rules, you are not talking with someone of the opposite faction.
I haven’t seen it in a long time but it has happened in the past.

Whether or not you can use the neutral ah to transfer items is completely off topic.
Back in vanilla Blizzard made changes to the chat system to prevent the use of numbers and punctuation to bypass the cross faction chat prevention. If they really cared about cross faction communication in classic they would have tried to get rid of the addon(s) allowing it.
Just wanna give an update: he is indeed using a shaman to spam far sight 24/7. ANd he has an alliance spy to know my location. Hes still trying to camp me all day. I just play other alts mostly, but this is the most pathetic thing i’ve ever seen in this game.
Ya this is why I avoid PvP servers like the plague. The amount of griefing and harassment you can get away with on those servers with no punishment (because technically you’re allowed to sit in Redrige/Duskwood all day ganking lowbies, it’s just part of the game mode!) is just absurd and I just can’t think of any other modern game that allows this to take place, it’s pretty unique actually.
There’s a reason alot of people play WoW (or write useless posts) in excess, and let me insure you its not becuase they are in a good place mentally or have a great social life ^^
Just a relic from the past i’d say. Some open world pvp is part of the game, even ganking lowbies. But to imagine that a grown person spends 12-16 hours of his day not only playing this game, but spending it looking for people to harass.

You’re free to think it like that. For me, the “content” is about leveling, doing dungeons and raids, playing some BGs/arenas, and generally playing with my guild. I really don’t care about the rest of the server, especially the other faction.
Strangers that wander into my farming zone and take my mats are already enough of a nuisance. Gankers that repeatedly kill me are just wasting my time - I want to play the damn game, not play “walk the ghost” for 2 hours or so until the ganker grows bored and leaves.
But hey, if that’s what you enjoy, have fun with it.

You’d think that right? But nope, every major server seems to have at least that one guy who’s whole life purpose is to annoy other people to the point playing a character open world becomes impossible. Getting a second account and placing shaman/hunter alts in every leveling zone seems a formality at this point.
It is, it’s a 15 year old game. In retail they switched to ‘war mode’ a while ago. And for good reason, I rarely see a pvp encounter that is not initiated by a person having a clear and obvious advantage in level, gear, numbers, or stealth ambush someone half hp fighting a mob.
I just dont get the mindset. I get people who play this game 14-16 hours a day - that was me in phase 1. But why spend that time just ganking low levels? You get 0 reward and it just seems tedious af.

You know the story about the ant bully? Just squishing ants or killing them with a magnifier glass with no ‘rational pay off’ other than to make you feel yourself like a god because in regular society you’re unable achieve anything or have any influence on the life others.
I think it’s sorta that a mental substitution but i’m not a psychologist. If it were bots he’d probably not care, only the knowlegde he has influence over you gets him the dopamine rush.
Even a regular child would get bored with the ants after an hour, but these people do not.

That sounds very plausible. But he has no power over me, im more like confused/surprised that he’s willing to spend this much time and effort. 90% of the time, i just do other things, or i spirit res and hearth out, etc etc. For every hour he spends, he inconveniences me for max 5 minutes.
Yeah, the fact that you made a forum post about it kinda proves he does at least ‘get to you’, if he’s reading your post it’s probably his version of a reward as well.
I always consider my time very valueable, so if it takes him 2 hours to take away 1 minute of my (more valueable time) id’s still be annoyed.
I have 60’s on both PvE and PvP server just so I get to switch when the ‘pvp experience’ gets too annoying.
