Here I am on a Customer Support forum asking for Customer support and you’re telling me that I am the problem. That’s not being helpful, that’s just being rude. If you worked for Blizzard, I would be filing a complaint about you. But you don’t, so I don’t really understand why you’re responding to a Customer Support thread if you’re not working for customer support, and just being rude.
Which is what I did already. However, finding other ways to reach customer support shouldn’t be out of the question when you have already waited 4-5 days and looking at a queue of another 4-5 days.
I’ve not been rude to anyone. Maybe I’ve come across as brash towards you, but you have been nothing but rude towards me.
I have been thankful and polite to people who have contributed, but I have explained that they will not have the tools to help me. It’s not too much to expect Customer Support from a Customer Support forum.
Sorry, but they will only say open a ticket. Using these forums to bypass the queue will not work.
Imagine you asked for something they cannot provide, then you went to complain you didn’t get it.
And that’s not what these forums are for, again, the ticket you have open is the only way.

Again for the umpteenth time, this forum is not for solving issues. Just stop posting and wait for your ticket to be answered, asking for it to be escalated in the actual ticket may help.
Edit: I would like to make a guess as to the problem, something you did didn’t complete properly and you want it fixing, they said they couldn’t and referred you to wowhead to see if you can do anything to fix it, which you didn’t do and just came here to complain. It’s probably an issue they are aware of and trying to fix.
How many times do you people need to keep telling me this?
Not a single person in this thread needed to reply even once and the thread would have just died off and never been looked at. Maybe I would have bumped it in a couple of days time.
Instead you have all made a mountain out of a molehill.
I’ve come here because I needed Customer Support. Whether that’s what the customer support forum is for or not.
I will stop posting when you guys stop responding. As I said, there was no need for anyone to respond to this thread, since it was not the business of anyone here.
I’ve made a call out to customer support. They are the only people who need to respond.
It doesn’t matter how long you have been here for. You’re putting your nose into something that is none of your business and simply causing a disruption rather than being helpful.
I appreciate you are trying to be helpful, I really do. And I thank you for that. But all that is actually happening is you’re all upsetting me further.
That doesn’t mean anything. Maybe that might even be abit of a Win for you guys. But the response I’ve had from this thread will be heard by Blizzard when I fill in my Customer Support questionnaire.
Compared to how you guys have been towards me, that is nothing I’m afraid.

Sure it’s a discussion forums, but there really hasn’t been any helpful discussion in this thread. A bit of Abuse from a Tauren.
But overall, this experience for me today has just been another Negative experience with Blizzard customer support.

As I said previously. I made a thread to reach customer support because I’m unhappy about something.
Nobody needed to respond and the thread would have likely died and been forgotten about. That’s fine. Maybe it would have been bumped in a day or 2. But whatever.
Instead because of interference of people who really have no idea what is going on, and people who don’t need to know what’s going on. An unhappy customers has been turned into a very upset customer, and Blizzard are the ones who are going to have to deal with that.

I understand, obviously more than you as I know how these forums work. They cannot answer any problem you have as it means giving out personal information.
I have expressed a mild interest in your problem but the majority of my posts have been about the function of these forums. But I do know what these forums are used for and what Blizzard can help with.
I’m not sure how they can deal with it as it’s not Blizzard that have caused any problem, you’ve just wound yourself up. Someone on the internet gets annoyed, in other news grass is green, water is wet. You have had ample opportunities to not post anymore and walk away but you seem not to have taken any of them, and just want to come back and argue.
So it looks like I will have to be the bigger person and stop posting.
But that doesn’t mean that people want your help. I’m sorry.
I appreciate that you want to help and have tried to help, and I thank you again for doing so. But your help is not wanted. I want the help of a Customer Service representative. And that really isn’t too much to be asking for.
You don’t need to tell me that I will get that or not. That’s for Blizzard to decide whether they give me help or not… not you or anyone else.
Customer Service should be carried out by an employee who is being paid to have the companies best interests in mind, and part of that is keeping a customer happy. Not by someone who is just hanging around the place.
Actually it is here, and any blue poster who comes will tell you to wait for your ticket to be answered. Answering your query may give out personal information and that is a sackable offence, it’s breaching the GDPR.

You have been told over and over again that Customer Support staff don’t post here. Many years ago, there were 3 or 4 specific forum CS staff. But then they were moved elsewhere. Very occasionally Community staff will make a reply if it’s something known but I haven’t even seen that recently.
GMs will definitely not post here.
I know you don’t believe us but I, for one, have been posting in this forum for more than 10 years when there are no Blizzard staff around to help. Ditto others in this thread. We reply from experience and from the knowledge of the forum and how it works that we’ve built up over the years. I don’t like disappointing people, but you’re asking the impossible. We’re not responding to get at you but to explain that what you’re asking won’t happen and you need to wait for the reply to your ticket.
