That’s one way looking at it. Another one would be you’re that kind you described, since you failed to understand the difference between personal opinions and universal facts… Not everything needs to be photorealistic to be enjoyed.
The graphics suck in your opinion, but it certainly isn’t any kind of fact, because it’s subjective. Adult understands this, so… 12yo swe m8?

How do I add a picture? Then I can show that the grephics are not much better, only uglier in BfA compared to Vanilla - I have loading screens of my Main and an alt from both - none from SL though, as I never played it.
You can only post pictures here is you have trust level 3, gained from being an active forum user without getting into much trouble.
You can post youtube videos with trust level 2.

I must say that I do not agree.
Yeah i don’t like those, i don’t like the idea of a toggle either. That means we dont all get to see the same characters in an RPG and instead 2 different ones.
I think that coupled with the fact its extra cost to the developer plus the fact it wasn’t in TBC means it’s pretty unlikely to happen.

I didn’t play vanlia, I started in Cataclysm but I actually liked that Classic had old graphics. It gives a different feeling when you play it. Also, I like the old Orgrimmar more than the one im used to, but maybe thats just because im so used to it.

Yeah, the face looks better and more detailed on updated model, if u can’t see that the low poly model has worse graphics I dunno what to say lol.

More detailed - yes. Better - NO! He looks like a stupid, snub-nosed clod and not like a hero at all The NE lady even worse. She looks half brain dead. Sorry Graphis are not everything

I have a deep hatred for the fluffy and cartoony new Tauren particularly. They lost all the intimidating and aggressive humanoid bull aesthetic in their features and now just look like cute moo moo furries with sparkly eyes and far too rounded faces.

The face may be more detailed, but honestly the pouty, tearful expression or vacant gaze akin to ‘I took a blow to the head as a child’ that all human male models carry makes me wish they weren’t.

Me too. Genuinely despise some of the new retail models. I can’t even play Orc anymore for that god awful run.
Only graphic changes I’d support in TBC is more enhanced weapon enchants etc. That’s it.

I swear the upright orc uses the same skeleton as male draenei and it stresses me out. I hate how bouncy the run is, particularly for plate wearers. The massive shoulders pads just flopping around all over the place, looks awful.

From what I understood the graphics have already been updated?
If you go to graphic settings, the slider at 3 equals vanilla graphics, 10 adds lots of ground clutter, shadows, specular lighting, solar flares, realistic water, and whatnot.
So we are already playing with upgraded graphics.
like the idea. or the option , i dont like the playstyle of retail, i prefer classic but i dont like the 15 year old models.

Graphics are fine as they are
Having played Retail for a week, I was impressed by the new models and how the old zones changed (Tirisfal Glades for example). So my first thought was "Imagine Classic, with Retail graphics”. But when I kinda got bored by its game style (fast and non rewarding), and logged in in Classic, I changed my mind. I like Classic graphics. It’s not that Classic graphics are better. Just different.
Although, character models (mainly Alliance), are better in Retail.
