Green Skin for Trolls

With High elf options added for Void elves. Wildhammer options added for Dwarves. How about a Forrest troll look for Trolls, in other words a green skin.

I have seen a recent video of the new Troll skin colors, most of which are cool! Sandy skin, Dark skin, Greyish skin, and Purple skin. What about Green. I play 7 Darkspear trolls so would be cool if I can make some of them into a different tribe, at least for Role play

Warrior - Forrest Troll
Paladin - Zandalari guy
Hunter - Gurubashi (Jungle Troll)
Rogue - Sand troll
Priest - Zandalari Girl
Shaman - Darkspear
Frost mage - Ice troll
Arcane Mage - Dark troll
Warlock - Blood troll (with the new red tattoos)
Druid - Zandalari guy

Please please please if blizzard is seeing this, Add a green skin option. Otherwise I will have to choose the Turquoise which doesn’t look right for a Revantusk player.

I play 90% Trolls on Horde side because I love everything about them. The music, the architecture, the lore, the Customization, the dances.

Hmm,ain’t forest trolls fat and muscular ? Not sure if skin tone alone will be enough.

For now, simple things like Skin color can make a huge difference. Especially when you have 7 Darkspear trolls. Along with the Transmog you got from Zul Aman, perfection

Apparently the males use the other build as well… specifically within the Revantusk tribe, which is Horde-aligned:

You can already get green skin?

There is teal one

Technically water green. I think the OP would like proper emerald green skin for Forest Trolls.

Which are mostly hostile, but not all of them. The Revantusk have been allies of the Horde since Vanilla, so they could make sense.

Also, some of their males use the player model, which makes them a perfect fit:

I edited the new Alpha customization screen to display troll sub-races.

This is how I’d like them to be implemented as templates:

That’s the one I currently use for my “Forrest” troll.

Yeah water green is not the same. That Forrest troll green would look amazing!

Let’s remember that the Zandalari were enemies at one point. I did Zul Aman today and I had to fight some Zandalari inside. People can easily change factions. Besides It’s good to have the customization even for role play purposes.

You made this? I love it! Hopefully Blizzard listens. It’s so cool

Dark trolls aren’t known from Arcane study, these were elusive mystics that were living in the wilderness and only group of trolls which didn’t create any civilization.

Zandalari are proper Arcane mages because they studied it from Mogu in exchange of spirit binding knowledge.
Another case would be Darkspear mages who have close ties with Zandalari but also proved to be self thought as well - at least this is the conclusion I came up with vanilla questing.

As for blood trolls- They’re like Eredar, they messed up so much that no other troll specie would get along with them, especially Zandalari and their new Queen who actually wants to wipe them out completely.

I think the best interpretation of Warlock would be Hexxer, so affliction tree. And it fits Gurubashi/ Darkspear even (as Zalazane was originally described as warlock) Amani (Hexlord Malakras).

But ye I’m in big support for our green bruddas and sistas!

Calling Dark trolls forum trolls was very mean though!

I know, and apologize for that. Nothing against the Dark Trolls of course. I love them!

It is just that a lot of people say Dark Trolls should/will not be playable despite of the skin in Alpha, due to the text currently in-game talking about the last of their kind. (Speaker Ik’nal of the Shadowtooth clan)

But then again, they supposedly live underground so another clan may pop up any moment.

Said that, the trick appears to have worked, as I got no complaints about them!

Thanks, was fun to make, and I really hope Blizzard takes it into consideration.

Fixed for you
But yeah, can’t udnerstand why you guys can’t have green skin and a bit mor moss!
(And while speaking of colours really a nice red skin would be nice for the Exiled Eredar and the ability to be Warlocks… funny how the two race that were the Original Warlock on their homewrold - Eredar of Argus, Kaldorei of Azeroth - can’t be that race now… )

If I cant have beef trolls with the green skin, its useless.

Oh, we all know that aint happening.

Exactly, so why would we need green skin?

That ain’t even a forest troll… its just a Darkspear with paint.
