Leaders come and leaders go. Loyalty shifts, but the battle is neverending.
INTRODUCTION
After the defeat of Grand Magistrix Elisande, Captain Styrros Stargazer of the Duskwatch pledged loyalty to First Arcanist Thalyssra. Attempting to restore his honor and wanting to break away from millennia of confinement inside Suramar, he requested the formation of Duskwatch Outriders – a light cavalry unit, which would take to the Horde frontlines to cement their newly forged union with the nightborne. Eventually his request was formally granted by the restructured military leadership and Stargazer issued the call to anyone who wanted to bring glory to their kind and prove themselves as their homeland’s finest.
ROLE WITHIN THE MILITARY
The Outriders will enter the field of battle upon their manasabers, scouting, skirmishing and attempting to disrupt the enemy spellcasters long before the engagement of the main forces.
While conflicts are at halt, they will forge ties with various Horde races, procure relevant strategic information for Suramar and finally, attempt to understand what kind of alliance has Thalyssra gotten their kind into.
HIERARCHY
The hierarchy of Duskwatch Outriders is kept simple. The unit also claims no authority over any other structures within nightborne military hierarachy, however only the Captain of Duskwatch and his commanding officers (Lieutenants and Cornets, in their absence Sergeants) may issue orders to fellow Outriders. The ranks are as follows:
- Captain (rank held by Styrros Stargazer)
Lieutenant (rank held by Lianodel Stargazer and Neshyn Tanthu)
Cornet (rank held by Juveil Kirith and Adlis Sevla)
Sergeant
Veteran Outrider

GUILD ACTIVITY
RP activities will include:
- trainings;
diplomatic roleplay;
frequent events dealing with dangerous missions and storylines;
participation in RP-PVP events.
CODE OF CONDUCT
Please always think before you act. Remain polite and respectful to people both in the guild and out of guild. In case of conflicts, please be sure to not leave anything behind the curtains and contact either the guild leader or his fellow officers. Do not let IC conflicts spill over into OOC ones.
Do not roleplay a godlike character, invincible to damage and slashing off people's heads in one swoop. Please be aware of roleplaying etiquette and remember that you are representing the guild at all times.
HOW TO JOIN
This is easy. Just whisper Styrros (or leave a mail or add me on battle.net: VenomSnake#2596) or any lieutenant/cornet of the guild to undergo an interview. During the interview, you will be asked about the background of your character which weave in with the lore of Warcraft, and requested to engage in an emote duel to test your literary skills (of course to a certain extent, nobody will be asked to write War and Peace length emotes).
MISC INFORMATION
The Outriders are required to use http://www.wowhead.com/item=156487/nightborne-manasaber as their mount.
There is no strict code of uniform, but the Nightborne Heritage set (modifications are welcome) will be the common go-to option. In case you don't have it available, use purple as your color of choice. The only piece of clothing mandatory for wear is the Shal'dorei tabard. More info (along with our incredible banner :P) is available on our Argent Archives page. Make sure to visit it!
