Faranell is the current leader of the Royal Apothecary Society, took over after Putress rebelled.

Belmont is a Deathstalker Commander who came to prominence in Cata and is something of a fan favourite because of his professional but gleefully brutal attitudes.

She represents the Forsaken in the Horde, but that’s not necessarily the same as being the leader - an interim until a more suitable person takes the mantle

De-facto means ‘it exists, but not officially’

Like for example the US has no de-jure (the opposite of de-facto) national language, but English and Spanish are de-facto national languages.

Kael’thas wrote the rules for Silvermoon at the time. And those men rejoined silvermoon, those that didn’t die to 25 randies at least. Looking outside of the tbc enemies will be quite a bit harder but nevertheless I will look.

Hm, would Master Assassin Kel’istra count? she seems more of the subtle sort of rogue, using shadowstep, a shadow magic spell. There is also the thought police event in silvermoon bazar.

There is also of course the PC sub rogue, shadow priest and affi lock. And the garrison followers of those. Magistrix Soulblaze, Kerraelon Sunhunger, Harley Soubrette, Handel Shadereaver, Aila Dourblade.

There is also the absence of any ban prior to the void elves. (also that dar’khan the necromancer big magical sin was void)
