Either I am missing something or Healthstone seems bugged.
Why is it “grey out” even though I am not in combat and its cooldown hasn’t even begun yet?!
edit: CD only started after I died in combat.
Yep, healthstones are currently bugged. There’s a few threads on the issues they have right now. The combat lock (grey out) is only one of the issues they have.

Heya i also had problem with the new talent for healthstones and occasionally taking from others soulwells as the game dont change the bind you got depending the rock so i made this macro if you happen to use them both and cant bother change bind constant for it. This one does it for you.
