Here is my idea how i would solve the trade chat spamming. Make in-game bulletin boards.
Every major city will have one near an in, where people able to post their advertises. Limit will be 1 advertise /account. 1 advertise last for 24 hours.
People who want to buy boost, simple click on the board and browse the offers.
With this, advertisers no longer need to spam the chat, and people who not interested in boosting, no longer go mad and ignore/report advertisers 0-24.

a) people who enjoy raiding/m+
b) people who want the jaina mount
c) people who want a high gear score
perhaps gear should drop only for players who have generated above a certain amount of threat? that will include healers, dps and tank.
whoever has taken part in the fight will get the mount or the gear.
whatever metric the rio system measures,. should also be reflected in how much threat the player generated. so if they didn’t generate more than 5% threat on a b…
It’s been horrible all last expansions. The game chat is meant for this - chatting. Not selling raids for gold. People simply don’t chat in main channels anymore, it’s all flooded with spam. The game needs other means for marketing messages. Move them to special places where people who are looking for, can access it.

General trade channel can’t be used for the intended use, selling and buying ingame goods, because it’s spammed by boost-selling chinese 24/7.
How is it acceptable that those bots are allowed to hijack whole Blizzard channel?
They post a message and instantly change to another character, post message and instantly swap again. This keeps going all day all night without breaks.
Purpose of this is to avoid spam filters.
