I am furious

I am not always angry. Just bad mood anout this trash rng. I was only angry in that dungeon. Further i am oke. Btw now i am thinking about it.

Before my character (me as person) was very difficult to make me angry. Ppl must be doing very bad a very long time to get me angry. Thats how i grew up. So i am mostly a relax person.

But games, greedy companys like Arenanet and players in online games and combined bad rng and show off changed me as a person. Also depression. Not getting goals done. Ppl’s show-offs.

Like i mentioned. Just give me invincible and i have my rest. Such a simple task solves so much. But why give about someone. I give about others. Thats how i am.

And about rolling a dice compared to mount droprate. Rolling 6 is already hard enough. Imagine this once a week on 10 characters every 30 minutes. And then a dice with 1000 sides.

Tetris comes to mind !

While I understand your perspective, I don´t agree. I killed Kael’Thas 1487 times over the course of >15 years to finally get Ashes of Al’Ar, the mount I wanted since BC. On the other hand, I got Experiment 12-B on one of our first Ultraxion kills, the Brunnhildar polarbear on my first daily turn in, teh White Hawkstrider on my first ToM HC clear…

Sometimes you get lucky, sometimes you don´t, but if you want something enough, you invest the time and effort to get it, RNG be damned. If you don´t, then you don´t. That´s not necessarily bad game design per se, that´s just life, the Universe, and the way all of this stuff has always worked since before humans even existed. The difference is that with videogames, you can just turn it off and stop caring, can´t do that so easily in RL :beers:

Ty for friendly reply. Btw as if the droprate isnt to low enough already they can simple add a skip to end boss. Because they know noone likes to do a full run. There should be a balance. A full run and droprate around 3% or a skip to end boss at a droprate of 0,9 like now. But now we get double punishment. And yes thats my choice. I dont have to do it.

Btw i dont do it weekly anymore because every long run without success is a dissapointment and so not good for my mood. And it doesnt change anything if i look at your ashes farm.

I made the same comparison for diablo 4. I said if i grind 10 days for summoning mats and kill duriel that time. Or i spend 10 days useful outside the game the outcome is the same. No shako’s.

I completely agree that they need to continue to add skips for some of the older raids, ICC being a good example. They added one for SoO, which was also a long slogfest due to endless RP interludes, so I think it´s probably on their radar but just doesn´t have a high priority.

Did Eonar Mythic today (Mythic) on my DH. Is better, but still annoying  But doable.

Anger is easy to supress for a long time if you make yourself a people pleaser. It then boils over at anything and everything when your mind has taken all it can.

Same holds true for depression… you can cover it up for literally decades, always being the fun guy… and then one day it all hits you like a ton of bricks and your entire life starts to dissolve within a matter of months or even weeks.

That´s why it’s IMO always better to seek help early, preferably before you think you need it… if everything is fine it´s just a reality check, but if not then it can be caught before it starts to cause major issues

It’s evident that you should stop playing.

You seem completely unwilling to accept responsibility for your actions or behaviour.

Sell the computer
Go outside
Drink a can of juice
Talking to men or ladies (whatever you’re into)
And learn to relax.

Being easily angered all the time is not good for ones blood pressure. This will have effect on health later on, should find ways to manage the anger like see suggested. Anger management :dracthyr_nod:

I would add punching bag to the list or some other means to channel ones energy on. I found good use from one when I were on 20’s but now at double the age I dont have the energy to bother much about anything in general so getting older can also be a bliss or simply stopping caring about things that dont matter also helps :joy:

What you should do is ask yourself if you enjoy playing this game … it is a simple question but it has not a simple answer…
I , from time to time , take a break from multiplayer games into single player games like RDR2 and i tell you it is so relaxing

I was about to take a break but needed a few more days for all characters max lvl. And indeed. Stop caring is the best thing. And to calm down i only swear. I never would do psycical things or something. Kicking or punching. So i better keep it like this. There exist rage rooms in this country. But i wont do it. Btw now i just feel relax.

Looked that up, it seem to be real thing. Kinda funny, so in these some they break home appliances with sledgehammer in the room. It could be channelled to demolition work in the construction sector or to a scrap yard. Could get money

Join a boxing gym? Getting hit saps rage faster then hitting things.

Depression for decades, is that even possible? Imo depression is just caused by a depressing life, make changes and the sun will start shining again.

The thing is, they dont take people to just act as bags in boxing gyms, there already is bags for that purpose. The purpose of those classes is being teached to also hit things. Even from the beginning he would be hitting bag and air before he would actually be put in position to be hit by anyone :joy:

Ps. hitting a bag is a great hobby just in general and for people who spend alot time on computer or driving or manual labor getting upper back and shoulders stuck.

Here new people start sparring after a few weeks, depends on the individual. This is just light sparring obviously.

Yep, thats why I said that people dont go boxing gyms to just act as bags but they start from learning to hit first.

I imagine it would still be better advice to start channeling the energy into a punching bag instead of only going to be hit by other people :joy:

Might as well go for a run then, punching bags dont solve anger issues. Actual fighting and everything that comes with that does.

If you scroll bit up you see what I mentioned related bags and channeling ones energy in general. Wish you luck with finding logic in future and with trying make this debate in any case.

Here is what was said in case you missed them along with the point :joy:

Might be that getting hit is not so good thing to advice after all, who knows :joy:
