Just invited every guildless newbie into his cool-sounding guild? And then DGAF about what happened to them?
Horde on flamelash have a pve server already. They made it them selves. They wanted a pve server. And now they have a pve server.
Allience however? Couldent do anything in there. Not even pvp. Simply because numbers were ridiculously unbalanced.
So changing the realm to pve wont change a thing for the horde. It will however allow allience to play the game.
So because server population was ridiculously large thatās Hordeās fault?
When Classic started people played what they wanted to play, for whatever reason, and often randomly picked a PvP server for some insignificant reason other than they wanted to PvP (and many wanted to avoid streamers.)
Are you forgetting that no one at the start knew what the faction balance and server population was for any server, and we still donāt. Layering kept the amount of people hidden from us all and Blizzard broke the census add ons to stop us from finding out.
Both factions signed up for PvP fully aware of all the ganking, corpse camping and rage quitting that came with it. Then P2 landed and server population, along with significant faction imbalance, became a massive issue because everywhere that could be camped, was.
But hey letās blame the players for Blizzardās decisions.
Then Santa āAVā Claus came āto resueā with his big bags of honor and turned all servers into PVE ones.
Blizzard in their panic ran so far from the first sh**hole that they fell in another one where other BGs and WPVP are invalidated.
Imbalance is on blizzard.
The behaviour and your actions? That is all on you.
You should have known better. What did you expect? That people would simply login just so they could corpserun the whole day?
THAT is all on you.
i disagree, i knew this would become a Horde overpopulation fast, there were countless threads on itā¦ and u can generally tell.
-
Look at Retail, which has been Horde Favored (espically on EU) since forever.
-
there wqere like 100 threads saying Horde would be Overpopulated.
Players just decided to ignore the warnings weāve always known horde for Multiple years has been the preferred faction it was very obvious Horde was gonna win out or atleast the majority of players would have known thisā¦ u will always have a portion players that dont know it i guess.
Afraid i have to agree on this issue, the leader is the first one to rally the troops and decide important decicions. Every guild worth a salt worked weeks ahead in preparation and waited for the weekly raids and pvp rank up to transfer somewhere else with better population.
Couldnāt agree with you more.
Nothing is on me I play Alliance!
I agree we all, with a little bit of research, would have known months beforehand PvP was going to be Horde heavy. People predicted it with uncanny accuracy so it shouldnāt have been a shock to anyone - Alliance or Horde players and certainly not Blizzard.
But you canāt expect people to play something else just because it would make things fairer, people donāt want fair, they want to win. If the boot was on the other foot those complaints and replies would still be coming but the people making them would be of a different faction.
Server populations needed to be reduced to a Vanilla like number so there wouldnāt have been enough people to camp everywhere, and the three weeks of hell wouldnāt have happened.
Thatās where the issues would have come in aye, lots of players came in with friends and guilds which would have been a mutual decision.
I was intending to play WoW classic alliance side. But never remained haha. I didnāt know anyone else who was playing it and I fell so far behind the curve really.
Its easy, with the free transfers they should have implement a treshold like from y server max 200horde player can transfer to x server after that the transfer will close. If they will open the transfer again and let them go without any supervision they will just ruin another servers balance and will cause a flamelash 2.0
