Yep pretty much this. Most players prefer the role with the least responsibilities wich is the dps role. Thats why theres so many dps, and why groups can be picky with them as theres plenty of replacements to choose from.
Dps players always whine about the long queue times but refuse to play tank or healer to fill up the lack of those roles

Indeed especially if they are hybrids like druids, paladins,shamans and etc. I can understand pure dps classes like mages. They are dps and there is nothing you can do about it…

getting declined on keys is literally pot luck. If 2 people apply, the leader has to pick, and the chance is 50% they won’t pick you. Now make it 20 people applying…
It’s all about the dumb tier lists and Meta Specs, I’ve experienced it myself and it’s very easy to see what’s going on mostly, on my WW Monk ilvl 467 with 2300+ and timed 19’s I get declined constantly and am sometimes in queue for hours just to get into lower keys (11-14) , yet on my Havoc that is only around 1700 score with ilvl 458 I get into keys way way faster, I can queue up for higher keys without much wait time,
you can blame the tier lists and ppl blindly following that, I have been in groups, many times I might add, that pick a Disc priest that is like ilvl 450 with 1200 score over a rshammy with over 2k score and ilvl 460+, same for dps/tanks, seen very low ilvl/score havocs/BM/Demo/Bdk/VDH/Ppal being picked over way higher score/ilvl non meta specs.

You are wrong.
If you deplete a key means you are not good enough for the key-lvl.
Therefore it makes perfectly sense that you should go a lower lvl than before.
Does it have problems due to leavers? Yes, but thats not the problem of the situation…

End of story. Deplete is literally the worst thing about m+ at the moment, in fact one of the worst things in the game, and when it gets removed eventually, and probably too, i will laugh in your face at how wrong you are about everything you say. And about nothing you said would happen, did happen.
Just like how i was right about a lot of stuff in the past.

Blizzard removed Masterloot, it came back.
Blizzard pruned the crap out of classes, now we got our stuff back
Blizzard removed PvP-gear, we have it bad.
So many things got removed or changed, just to proof that blizzard is wrong.
They also removed things that never came back because people did not like them, but you can cherry pick data all you want.
Ill take my history and experience about being right, over you being wrong. But sure. We’ll see! Whatever could happen? Will i be right again for the hundredth time? Find out on the next episode.

you are jumping to much up in level especially as a dps, you need to go do 5s then 8s then 10s 12s etc u cant go from a 5 to a 18 thats not how it owrks
No you didnt look into the problem at the slightest hes rating sucks sure he has timed 1 18 but he havent even done a +10 darkheart how can you expect someone to invite you to a 18 darkheart if u ahvent even done it on a 10

i can add probably at least 10 more people its silly, its not elitism to not want your time wasted and hes playing a mid spec with 1.4k rating trying to que into 18s he havent even done on 10s yet
