And by tell people.
I mean I will make threads that break the rules if people want something across to others, or stuff. I am getting a forum suspensions already, so I have nothing else to lose.

That the system is being wildly abused by people who boast about being able to do it on social media, and that Blizzard are actually facilitating that, which does, in its silencing of people, constitute as Cyber Bullying, as such, ask for the name of the person in charge of the department who oversees this. Report them, They are aiding and abetting a criminal offence. (Oh yes they are!) If you are silenced simply because people flagged you, Blizzard are breaking the Law. If you are silenced because you are being naughty, fair enough. BUt Blizzard know the system is being abused, and have not acted, that means they are not acting in a Legal fashion, but continue to have Illegal practices within their programming, that would not stand up in a European Court of Law.
Don’t say “Everyone’s a Lawyer over the Internet” I worked in damned Internet illegal practice, fraud and malfeasance, as well as Counter Terrorist Anti Money Laundering! Blizzard have a -very- shaky position. It might be legal in the US, but then you can spray chickens with poison then sell them, so they’re not exactly a moral barometer. In the EU. No, No, absolutely No. Take the names of the people in charge of that department, and their responsibility in terms of their position, and -Report- them to your national authorities. They are breaking EU Law. You are not allowed to silence critique or speech, based on your own preferences. This goes even worse, a Neo-National Socialist could get you silenced if they had enough friends, For someone to get you silenced, they do not need to be right, or to be a nice person, they just need to have enough followers. I think we all know how that works.
Get the names of the Blizzard Employees who suspend you. Cite them in your legal case. If they refuse to give them, your next step is to go “Well, as you have refused to respond to a legal requirement, I will have to hold the company liable” These are actually legal offences that Blizzard are facilitating. Not Committing, but Facilitating, which is why it classes in UK Law as ‘Aiding and Abetting’
If you were just banned for being a jebend, then, tough, that’s on you. If you were banned because of spammed reports then that is on Blizzard and they are complicit in a criminal offence.
So weigh it up, which is it? Before you try to make a case.

Lets be fair, I’m not wrong, people have bragged about abusing the new system,so unless they look at it, then, uhh, yeah, it needs mockery. It needs disdain, to be pointed out that it -is actually illegal in terms of how it can be abused in EU Countries!. I’m not sure they have thought this through, Blizzard could be called to send a representative to excuse their position. Its crazy, but…that’s where we are…I’d have just…not made the forums so abusable, and a tool for cyberbullying, Silencing basically adds to that, man, they could get in a lot of trouble. They could have just not done that? "Yeh you reported a thread, we’ll have a look at it “Nah, that’s rubbish, off you go” as opposed to “You managed to silence a forum adversary for a few hours! Grats! Oh wait, still rubbish, you get no penalty, they never get Trust Level 3, because -that- is totally fair…” "Whoah wait, Someone abuses the system, and they get no punishment, whereas someone who obeys the system -does-? What the heck? Whelp, time to start abusing the system then, lets get on it. Grats Blizz, you just made the forums PvP as well!

You made trolling and innapropriate comments in the thread about autism, but suppose it’s not the only thread where people flagged you. I’d suggest to take note of what you say and change your attitude, instead of “spill your rage until I am here”.
