There is like THREE servers. HIRE SOME STAFF TO EYE BALL THE BOTS!

The same way the players do…

Or just flat out ban gold buyers already

FIX THE GAME.

Bots ruin this every time.

Bots are taking over this game. Never seen so many of them. Thunderstrike-EU, Shimmering flats, 90% bots all day.

Blizz can’t /won’t stop bots

Players will not stop paying bots because they want to skip ahead and make the game easier to play

Many have zero interest in gathering /farming, only in playing end game content/raid logging. That’s the game to them. So they just buy gold to purchase any consumes /AH stuff they might need.

Hours of grinding in game vs few euro’s is an easy choice to a lot of players.

Token only works if it’s cheaper than bot prices - I have no idea what the difference is

Accounts are easily bought and sold without issue also

The game is basically pay to win in my view

Blizz should just expand the shop and sell more in game things gold /raid items, they are losing a significant amount of cash to other companies like bots

Need to revise your whaling policy blizz, your missing a trick, money is being lost left right and center.

Its pretty cheap already

The more i read the EU forums the more i realize how dumb people are.

The sad part is said people talk as if they know what they’re saying, can’t even argue with idiots really.

  • Most bots are still VERY obvious.
  • Blizzard has 20+ years of experience and data.
  • The WoW token does NOTHING to fix the problem.

while on a blizz break, i tried a wow private server (won’t name which, by reasons).
I kid you not, daily bans with reason why were announced in chat with the largest one over 600 ppl.

IF blizz were aktive banning bots ingame with a message in chat (like when server restart), it may even stop players from buying gold and reduce the need for gold farmers.

Just my 2 cents

Now ask yourself, how much money do gold sellers make?
Who could possibly be the biggest gold seller?

Was never meant to be, Blizz saw how many people are buying gold and they wanted a piece from that cake.

They should bring it for the people that are working

ask yourself this…
how much would you make by happy costumers?

it’s take only one sub to be happy, but 1 mio to hate you, by saying yes to gold buyers not getting perma ban

Update: the bot is still happily playing and now is lvl 49

Bots are able to bot til 60.
Bots are able to bot til rank 14 by standing in AV startcave.
Bots can autofarm and sell 1000s of gold and sell it.

1 Banwave per year does not fix this.
There should be 1 banwave per week to stop those accounts from even trying.

not gonna happen.
Blizz loves money and subs each quarter

If Blizzard actually cared about solving it, employing some real humans instead of these useless automated systems is the way to go.
The people running corporations want to automate everything to reduce costs, no matter how inferior the product is.
Honestly, if I’d known that half of all players would be bots, I never would’ve bothered resubbing. Or at least played on a PvP server so I could just kill every Horde hunter I come across.

sorry, got banned.
ive got the est way, but blizz won’t approve

Is it possible to create a system that autobans any player that hasn’t jumped once on reaching level 20? The only real player that I can think of that hasn’t jumped once by level 20 is the human male ret paladin which is a good thing if they get banned.

Funnily enough botters add random jumps to make their movement appear more natural.
