Feels like you can’t even have abit of a laugh and socialise with people which is what the game is about. Just end up getting banned for saying something to someone while just having a laugh

And have become boring creatures. Remember when you were a kid how you would be bored out of your mind when you were with mom and her friends and couldnt wait to hang out with the kids and be silly. Yeah the humor wasnt high level or sophisticated but it was fun and full of energy.
Now the game is just full of moms and dads that don’t talk, will punish you if you act silly and do the chores quietly. Meh. Is just a game, you shouldn’t be afraid to say silly things. This is not some formal meeting with the clients at your work. People should chill a bit.

Being silly and funny is one thing i can agree on that people could have a bit more these days.
But being scolded,trash talked,getting insulted for whatever reasons is not exactly the kind of thing your waiting for when playing a video game.
Like you said its a game not some kind of competition who can make the biggest insult and get under the other persons skin the quickest.
How about if we can’t use trade chat that way, we delet trade chat because it does not belong in a game with an AH?
