Hello everyone, I’m writing from Judgement EU, server infamous for being one of the lowest population server who saw countless guilds and people leave one after the other from both faction sides after paid transfers got released.
Many people fought the good fight before trying to get attention from the community managers (Shoutout to Domgordo) to help with the decaying and bleeding server population but nothing helped so far.
We are now facing the Ahn’Qiraj war effort event and we did our best so far gathering almost all of the mats over the course of various months but some still elude us and with the limited amount of people our server has to offer (With Ironforge.pro being also overestimating our actual pop by adding in his total the various alt raids we do) we wont be able to complete it in a reasonable amount of time without overburderning players.
What we want is pretty simple, either throw us a bone and helps us in some way like scaling the effort and whatnot or open free transfers to our server once again/consider a merge because we are in dire need of people.
The community of the server is in grand part very dedicated and mostly friendly towards each other, we have our issues but in the end Judgement is a little big world that shouldn’t be left forgotten in a corner and we want to be heard.
P.S. - With the recent increase of complaints about locked server this would be a golden opportunity to kill two birds with one stone

I don’t think Blizzard will scale it to the population. I remember being on a low population realm during Vanilla and they did nothing to help the unlocking.
Eventually they unlocked them for everyone who hadn’t in a later patch.

Whats that ? Logical answers ? actually help the struggling server after we ended up gutting it? Warlock please, we are Blizzard ! we roll fast and dirty and we leave no place the same as before ! Stand aside and be amazed !
Oh Please shush the lemon up, they need to unlock the other servers, people that invested time into gearing and building guilds aren’t comming to your server…
Naturally, but since its classic, and they have a skeleton crew working on it… I don’t see it happening.
I think both of you should go back to your retail corruption thingies with 1 shot in arenas than criticizing what is going in our server. Nothing better to do I guess. We also have people that invested many hours in gearing and guild building and farming and helping etc. But you have Raid finder…oh and if you are in a big server, pretty sure you didnt move a finger about aq farming. They already said about merging servers and i hope they do on classic as well. We will find a way Ael, eventually we will!
The Later patch that opened the gates was patch 3.2.0, in WotLK
As far as i know the autocomplete feature was added in wotlk but i’ve heard of some variation of it being in classic/vanilla, can’t confirm the latter tho.
Why wouldn’t people come to Judgement tho, beside it’s population problems it’s a great server where you can you know actually play the game, farm in the open world, don’t get griefed to raids and so on.
Almost every issue this server has it’s cause of dwindling player numbers and people’s refusal to leave their overcrowded servers while complaining that they are locked, I see free transfers on judgment as a win/win situation granted that someone actually comes this time around.
The Locked realms issue and the underpopulated server issue are one and the same.
The best case scenario in my opinion would be to complete the effort ourselves with people transfering here, but if Judgement has to be left in the realm limbo then we need help in some other way from blizzard, connecting Judgement with Flamelash and Dragonfang might be one idea.

Don’t you think it will be cool to finish the event a bit later? A month later wouldn’t be that awful and would be a cool thing for the community of Judgement EU to do. Plus I do think alot more ppl will help out simply to get some rep + some green items to sell.
Yea m8, 1 month later woudn’t be too much of a problem but sadly not even that would be possible , to give you an idea Sunday at 2 pm i did a /who 60 on Alliance and there were only 48 ppl online, horde side it is even worse … the only ones online are farmers/goldsellers for lotuses that camp every spot in 1 zone.
I think we only have around 100 active players right now maybe 150 if i count raid loggers , to me having 150 ppl be required to do the same effort as 10k ppl on the locked server seems beyond not fair… we are legit talking about those guys doing 100 times more effort than others in order to experience the same content. I mean i will take it if it was 5 times harder to open , hell even 10 times harder i would be fine with … but 100 times harder is a bit too much. Btw we haven’t been twidling our tumbs both me and Aelhaine probably have farmed ~3% of all required mats each and we got few more big farmers but it is impossible to do it all, not everyone is willing to investthis much time and they shoudn’t as i beleive this was never intended to be done by only 100-150 ppl.

Your gates will auto-open within 60 days. This was in place in the old vanilla.
I absolutely think that, like many events in classic that I didn’t get to experience cause i wasn’t playing at the time, the AQ farming is something that is worth experiencing when done right, but there is an upper limit that shouldn’t be pushed onto people.
Like lastone said we are really trying to get it done, just for an example i’m storing an amount of mats worth around 30.000 signet (Even tho part is for the horde side so I won’t see the full benefit of it) and there are some who are storing double that number, we are DEFINITELY very dedicated but we need something thrown our way wouldn’t you say so?
While i do agree with the general #nochanges sentiment at least population wise something needs to happen, merge, connected realms, free transfers, it’s their pick.
We will probably finish it ourselves by that time but also get burnout maybe in the process without even addressing the realm’s health in the meantime.
I’ve heard about a decay aswell regarding the war effort supplies but never seen it actually confirmed somewhere, do you have a source for this? Asking so if nothing happens we at least can calculate it ourselves how close we need to get with the last mats we need.
I’m from the horde side of judgement, and It’s completly dead. Every guilds moved to Ashbringer when it was still open …
-The Auction house have 60 Auction Maximum … so you can’t make money.
-Full of bot and black lotus farmer, we can’t even do dungeon ( we need a sign up on discord for it barely …)So of course don’t even think doing raid …
-Even if AQ gates auto open, the Horde side wont be able to do it, we are not enought players !!
It’s really not fun to play horde on judgement…
Sooo :
Open transfer for people with existing characters on that server.
( E.g : Ashbringer )
Preferrably reduce the amount of layers
But atleast give us an update!

Well “flamelash EU” is dead aswell so might be an idea to try fix it so people dont leave the classic game completly .
This kind of topic regarding Judgement and the likes is popping up since end of march/start of april and we’re still in the same position.
Need something done.
Connecting servers not eq server merging.
Yes, some people were “clever” enough to transfer these servers (as well as to the new ones that added during wotlk) to cheese trought to get title and mount.
We want healthy servers please. As was promised.
Having a tiny server like this farm the same as huge servers is ridiculous. Needs to be scaled somehow with population.
