Agreed people that went on a work trip and didnt have acess to a wow client to transfer over were being stupid
Because tens of thousands of people suddenly all went on a work trip.
Go pull the other one please.
Tens of thousands ? No but at least 1 did. And he is getting screwed because of it. This would not have been an issue if blizzard had basic communication skills
Its not Blizzards fault that someone out of a million people goes on a work trip. And i’ve said there are screw ups on both sides.
Its little to do with ‘communication skills’, Blizzard doesn’t have to yap with hysterical players all day long because its useless and costs money.
The real problem is that Blizzard are currently pandering to the biggest common denominator, pirate server players, by allowing mega servers.
If i understand correctly there are currently 17k active players on my home server, which is a normal PvE server. There should only be a few thousand for the game to work properly and thus there is about 5-6 normal Vanilla servers worth of players on there right now.
Blizzard needs to manually chop it all up into standard size populations. But i think that is so much work that they have decided to just let Classic bleed out a bit first (or entirely).
When blizzard annoucnes a wave of transfer, it should be a start date and an end date. This would solve most isssues. Same with annoucing content releace 2 days before it comes out. This is BASIC communication skills.
That is no solution because everyone would wait till the last moment.
People should move the moment they see its possible. And if they miss it because IRL happened that is bad luck, not Blizzards fault.
And what is the problem with that? That people can’t plan their lives around their computergames? Please.
No, its snowflake entitlement.
Guys, argueing who’s fault it was ain’t going to solve anything, all i want right now, is a fix to our current problems for both Horde and Alliance…
And for that Blizzard should come on the forum and propose solutions as they see fit… so far, after all those related topics, nothing…
For me, that proves how much Blizzard cares about the Classic Comunity.
Normal sized realms is the fix and that is probably never going to happen because Blizzard would have to force people off their servers and into empty-new ones.
I think Classic is screwed, unless you are a pirate server player who loves to outnumber everything 10.000 to 1.
Imo the best fix would be banning shogath
Best of luck to the alliance stranded on flamelash, I hope blizz let you move soon. In the mean time you could make a guild and call it something like Stranded and try to keep going ? You would probably all fit in one.
If you are unable to have a normal conversation you can always NOT reply instead of going for the 5 yr old response.
The best fix for flamelash would be to simply delete the server and everyone on it
Its impossible to have a conversation with a shill. Your arguments are illogical
Are they?
Ah yeah, that is way better.
Its more logical than spouting nonsence like asking a mass of players to change the way they act as a collective. That is simply not in human nature and is impossible. Its up to blizzard to adapt to human nature, not the other way round
Is that why you chose the name “Queueguy”? To celebrate the sheepish urge to do what everyone else does in “the collective”?
You sound like the Borg, “resistance is futile”.
Its up to Blizzard to do what they set out to do, re-create Vanilla.
Instead they cloned and legalised pirate servers. And in a bad way i might add. At least pirate servers seem to hack up Vanilla even further in order to regulate massive sheep behavior causing everyone to roll Horde.
Transfers were not a part of vanilla. Pls stip insulting private servers, they were vastly superior to this in every possible way
Neither were mega servers.
Apparently, Blizzard decided they should be…
Why? Does it hurt?
