Lawsuit xxxx?

Lawsuit against what?
In the ToS or w/e it is said that they can not make sure you will be able to play 24/7.
You agreed to this when you installed the game.

WoD was far worse.
The queue times were very long, just like with Classic.
But on top of that, once you managed to log in, there were many instance bugs, a lot of lag, etc. And that lasted for at least a week, for some unlucky people even more.

All the WoW expansions since Cataclysm have been playable on release day. This is their worst launch since Diablo 3.

lost your holiday ?
lost your time ?
moral damages cuz of kick after waiting in 6h queues…
no response…
and you all paid for this?

bottom line is that game is here, mmo launches s=uck most of the time so be patient and do something else, come back tomorrow etc etc its not a game for a day or two. it supposed to last months and months so give them time to fix things.
Personally i think that the only mmo that respects the player base is WoW. They could have destroyed game with cash shops, vips, loot boxes and all these things that don’t respect players, their money or their effort, but they didn’t, they kept the only legitimate way of playing an online game, subscription (even though free games produce bigger income). so i value them for that.

Lmgao ive seen it all now!!!

Good luck fighting Blizz/Activision’s Legal division. You’re not going to win.

Good luck with your lawsuit. I’ll be on the sidelines eating popcorn.

That’s their own fault for being dumb and quite frankly sad enough to take time off work to play a video game when they were warned about queues. Holidays are for just that - holidays. And family.

It’s the same thing everytime something really big happens. (Like the release of FF A Realm Reborn for example); You better take your time of a few weeks AFTER the release, the content will not run anywhere and you’ll not suffer that big of queues and servers instabilities.

I understand the will to enjoy the fresh release but often time you’ll get shafted, hence being calm and wait is the best thing to do

Gee I don’t know maybe going “we don’t know if anyone wants to play this, let’s try 2 eng pvp servers” is something they should be sued for. Any sensible person could have told you that that is far from enough, and now we have uneven realms because they believed in rolling out servers 1 by 1 instead of finally recognizing that people actually want to play classic. They should have launched 10 new realms half a week after name registration launched…

@ everyone commenting against the OP, I 100% understand that its frustrating that the school holidays are finished but don’t take your frustration out on the OP. Ofcourse some of the points made are irrelevant but the basis of it is indeed correct.

Blizzard as the company had/has the necessary data to calcutate the number of players and as such were fully equipped to accommodate such figures for launch day. The fact that they weren’t prepared (haha liked that one) which had a direct affect is deemed unacceptable.

Players have willingly shown their commitment and acceptance for Blizzards neglect in support by relocating to low pop servers as they come out. The issue with this is that low pop servers are in constant flooding with new players forcing a queue. The vicious cycle continues.

To state the obvious, if blizzards marketing team did their job correctly in regards to figureheads we wouldn’t have this issue, as such this is a non customer issue.

Ps if you believe supporting the current actions will get you brownie points, it does not im afraid XD haha

It’s a game. In a week everything will be fine and the game will still be there.

Get a life.

hahaha are you for real?

He has maximus autismus I guess.

Many countries in Europe actually do have these things like consumer protection laws and part of them relate to access to a service you pay for. If companies sell a service they are expected to be able to provide access to that service and if they fail to do so especially in excess and reasonably then they are liable to offer compensation. Do you think Blizzard gave free days in the past out of good of their heart? It was a pre-emptive measure to showcase that they compensate the lack of access shrouded in PR talk.

Go back to bed man your tired

Create a character on a low pop server then?

Like everyone that actually played vanilla knew this is going to happen.
Its natural that everyone wants to play on the high pop servers coz in 2 months when the population and hype goes down thos low pop servers will be empty.

There will be queues for a few more weeks on the server that are full. Simply because people need to spread out in the different zones while they progress.
You cant have 4k people in barrens obviously therefor there will be queues until people progress.

If you lost your holiday because of queues then you are just stupid and need to plan better.

They had to rebuild it from a legion patch.
They did not have the original code anymore.
They worked together with the people of private servers, who themselves, also had to rebuild it.
