If you know how to play your class the demons should be no issue at all (most of them even have some cheesy ezmode tactic), the only frustrating thing is other people getting involved but even that was alot rarer than first time around for myself and guildies.
Having to do a quest line for an item was way more fun than random drop from boss imo.
You need to work on it. After this, all content will assume youâre capable enough of beating them.
So you want an epic quest to be removed or made easymode simply because you need to git gud?

i hope this is a yoke. the npcs have weaknesses, if u really struggle do it with consumables and buffs.
Wut, benediction has a similar quest line which involves killing elite demons to get a piece to start the quest. All the priests in my guild managed to do the quest fine even right at the start of the expac using blues/greens.
Even the charger quest for paladins and the mount for warlocks has a similar amount of difficulty, aka go and kill something hard for something in return.
All of the hunters in my guild have the bow, get some friends and have them protect you whilst you do the quests.
Get your friends to protect you, look up some guides on how to kill the demons and try again.
Itâs an epic quest, it should be harder than âgo here and hand inâ, this isnât retail.

As a priest, no. I had to get an eye of shadow too which can be costly or requires some farming to get.
Then I had to do the quest to get my MC weapon.

Yeah, there is a problem where a group of hunters got the weapon before the âfixâ and a few of them after. Used to be you could separate the demons and just kite your main man, but apparently they changed it so they canât be split?

Look up guides, all 4 demons are vulnerable to certain hunter abilities. I straight up kited 3 of them because i didnât have weapon skill high enough yet to hit with wing clip, could not do that for the Silithus demon though.

This quest is easy if you know what to do and come prepared, even with green gear. Solenor is harder if you donât have gear but if you play properly, 1 mana potion, 1-2 bandages is all it takes.

This quest teaches you how to be a better hunter, each demon has itâs weaknesses, most demons can be cheesed thanks to the broken pathing.
Donât give up, itâs far from impossible.
To âGit Gudâ as everyone seems to say requires practiceâŚhow can you practice with other Hunters trying it, when you get there and dying,( Havent seen one do any demons yet) other Hunters ninja pulling ( mostly Horde) , and people attempting to help and despawning the demon.

Maybe ask blizzard the real question.
And make them fix the pop.
Instead of looking like a fool
Blizzard drastically reduced the respawn timer compared to vanilla. If there are too many hunters, try again later. Even on the highest pop servers, itâs doable. Demons are usually up even during prime time.
If you are gaving troubles with one demon, try another one, read a guide if you donât know what to do.
And if you really canât kill the demons, you can always pay another hunter to kill them for you.
But tbh, it feels so much better when you complete this quest for the first time by yourself, especially when you struggle at first.

yes kinda unfair that hunter and priest gets this epic super fun quest to do while we other dont
demons was best part of my vanilla experience.
i wish i could do them again. i got my first epic mount money with boosting demons for people 100g per demon.

Man, this quest line was the best thing about being a hunter back in the day⌠i think it most of cost me hundreds of gold in shadow res pots as well (bad connection meant kiting was always hit or miss⌠the mob could suddenly jump forward 10 yards and be closer than you thought⌠and who didnât love kiting the one in winter spring only to get hit by a random lightning bolt from one of those chimeras you just passed to close toâŚ
Or getting a DC while kitting the ungoro demon while passing by a devilsaur and getting the bugged devilsaur error which crashed the gameâŚ
Tbh the one next to BRM was a little event less, one shot that one so it doesnât really stick in my mind.
But on a side note⌠screw the silithis one⌠that one was plain evil once the AQ gates opened and everyone was farming those twilight cultists⌠that one used to be a 3am special to stop people ganking you.
