Not really.
I requested explanation from you for more than three times and have gotten no valid reasoning.

sorry seemed like the right topic for this
i was having a break down
i think you should make your kid wear a helmet whe he/she plays wow, and also be there when it plays video games, so u can turn of pc fast if some bad name occours, make sure to hold your kids hand, when he logs in and see the Name of the game. World of Warcraftt.
War and warcraft is really bad, if you know any thing about it, it is about killing/torture/abuse and racism. so before you say any thing about any name from players, i think it wold be good to not let your kid play this evil game.
It had some very valid points to quote though
And Iâve stated that we arenât talking about that on this tread. ´But rather the topic Iâve wrote about several times.

I give up, I cant save you from yourself
I admit I kinda skim read this, but people like you faking outrage at pretty innocuous stuff are whats wrong with the world.
I mean, just look at your last post. âglorifyingâ lewd names? Theres a massive difference between âglorifyingâ and âallowingâ. The rest of your (I use the term lightly) logic used âIRL its illegal!â, well, its a game.
Get over yourself.
And lets get to the root of the matter here. If your kids have to ask you, they are likley underaged to play the game. Why are you breaking the rules? Hypocrite much?
A child doesnât cease to be a child even in age ratings until they hit 18. WoW is a 12+ so children do play the game. Iâm not sure why this matters.
It matters because those âchildsâ grow slowly into adults. And that means also learning to interact with actual adults, no matter if they are appropriate in behavior or not.
To give a little more context on this, the ESRB (European Systemic Risk Board) is rating WoW for T (Teen). That means the game is (actually) recommended for an audience of 13 years or older. The important word here is ârecommendedâ. Those ratings are not a rule or legal limitation. They are a recommendation for Parents and legal Guardians to determine if a game/movie/show is appropriate for their (in-protection given) child.
As the OP (original poster) did say in her main post:
This is a Childs game people abusing names on world of Warcraft is not good.
A game rated for T (Teen) (13+) is not really a childs game if it is rated like that because ofâŚ
Whoâs the target audience? World of Warcraft is rated T (Teen) by the ESRB for blood and gore, crude humor, mild language, suggestive themes, and use of alcohol and violence. ~ 30.11.2010 Google Quick Search Statement
A childs game would be, from my perspective and childhood experience, something like âDragon Quest IX - Sentinels of the Starry Skyâ with a ESRB rating of 10+ because of âmild violence, themes and academic requirementsâ and an USK 6 (Unterhaltungssoftware SELBSTKONTROLLE âEntertainment-Software SELFCONTROLâ in germany).
An actual childs game would be something that teaches your child something instead of âjust entertainingâ, like âWinnie the Pooh: The Honey Huntâ with an age rating of 3-5.
A 12-17 year old may count in your country as âkidâ, but, for example, in my country they would count as âunderageâ, but not anymore as a kid. As I said before, I live in germany. We have more defined terms for such topics in our language and âunderageâ and âkid/childâ are not the same.
Underage means every teenager between 12-16 in germany while a âkidâ is obviously what it says but below age of 12-13.
Each country has their own reglements, as you said before. So does my country and so do I not see â12-18â as child.
I hope this made my former comment more clear to you, Punyelf
report the name of the game
bowl of fruitcraft
should be the replacement
God I could go for some fruit salad right about nowâŚ
my mum and dad let me play GTA and manhunter (both 18cert games) when i was 14/15 years oldâŚ
i turned out spiffingly!

No thank you, i donât watch TV.
And your solution is⌠Laughable, again
i turned out spiffingly!
Yep. I watched once when I was 6 with my father 300. I also turned out good as a human being. Just because you have seen violence/sex/anything adult-focused in a game as a child, wonât make you a bad human or hinder your development.
Yep it was.
But the cooler one is when I called an orc rogue, god thief but backwards
âOrdaloidâ
And a drawrf pala banana-male human genitalia
Still allowing people to name them selfâs lewd Is not defendable. Am Tired of you guys defending something that Is Totally wrong. In real life you donât name your child anything lewd because its illegal.
Donât worry another year and this game will be completey scrubbed of anything remotely amusing or fun to cater to the minority.
they will pull a âtable top simulatorâ and remove all global chat functions nextâŚ
because now TTS have done it Activision cannot look bad by not doing the same!
all this nonsense achieves is more nonsense lol xD
EDIT: if it catches on and they will soon get justice warriors much like the OP who will fall on their own swords to make it so in every game.
no disrespect to the op but they are dangerous⌠they cannot see how their viewpoint causes bad consequences in the wider picture⌠all they can see is they are doing what they have been told is the right thing.
