It would rather make sense to say “names like that would make it appear talking/naming inappropriate ingame is an OK-thing-to-do” or something similar.
Saying a sexual oriented name could encourage bullying, disrespect and people being left out, is such a thin foundation of an argument, that it immediatly crumbles in your hands when holding it.
When comedians make jokes about my german culture (beer, sausages and dungarees), does that mean my culture will be excluded from other people? Not at all. Why should sexual joking names exclude people from being part of a group or being treated with respect?
I seriously don’t see logic in your statement.
