Then lets be serious. You gave the example of bootyslapper as a lewd name. Is it really lewd tho? slapping a butt isnt necceserly a lewd thing. If little kids wich need to ask what it means play the game then they are likely too young according to the games its age rating. And such kids would likely see nothing lewd about it. They are more likely think its funny because its butts because thats where farts come from, And some people never grow up and still think of it like that.
What is really lewd here? The name? Or you for connecting it to the lipbiting āslap me harderā type of butt spanking. I think you are lewding the name far more than it is actually lewd. Unless you make a specific fetish out of it its really not that lewd.
I agree that very explicit or offensive names should not be allowed but your definition of lewd names seems to be very loose

I accidently stepped on a Snail once, thus killing it. Does this count as Friendly Fire as I donāt consider the Snail an enemy?

They should resolve the bigger issue first, which is murder, assault, robbery and looting before they resolve innuendo-naming.
Iāll support your case after the bigger fish are taken care of, as it is such a minor issue, that itās not really worth mentioning, in contrast to the other issues i mentioned.
Dudeā¦ you made me remember that time 5 years ago i was walking on a side-street and i was going one way and a car was coming from the front.
I saw a snail near the middle of the road and i moved more to the side so the car wouldnāt try to avoid me.
The driver made it his mission to move as far away as possible and ended up literally squashing that poor snail. 
Itās meā¦ iām the real cause for that poor snails death, if i just didnāt move more to the side, the snail would have lived.

I wouldnāt say this is a child game. From my understanding you need to be at least 13 to play this game, and if that has changed at all over the years, it should definitely be changed back.
However, I do agree about inappropriate naming, and there are rules about that. However it seems that there are times when these names slip through the Filters. Just right click their name and report for name. Then put a comment like ālol, how did that slip through the filterā.
I usually report at least 1 name a week, even more if Iām levelling a new char. I once came across a name so vulgar (without the use of accents), I was surprised I was the first to pull it up.
