Today we’ve noticed we can NOT list our small group for SoD Raids. First we thought it is a
new bug, which comes with the last bugfix release. After everyone tested it, it was similar for everyone else. Ticket? Take 100days to get an answer The requirement is an authenicator AND a post pay mobile number(yes, it must be postpay) Not sure how this change was for you, speaking for our small group of 10, no one has a post pay mobile contract anymore. It took us 1.5h to get a players son online (with a postpay!)
With this change, you have instantly made 10 enemies. Instead of punish the bad spamers you found a new way to make it more difficult for your players to play the game. And you wounder why people leave for FF14, just my 1 Cent here, ask youself (on the FF14 example) how they handle this problem, what people said about it? I have no more words for this master peace of decision making. This must be pure magic, how you manage it to make players unhappy over and over again.
What is the problem with just forbit any kind of adventisements? You do not have staff to follow up? Hire! You loose too much $ for microtransaction? Is it this? There are multiple possibilities, you have choosen again and again the worst. As you see YOU and your playerbase need bad luck protection urgendly
Blizzard is obviously unable to make good decisions. I think it is 1min before 12 to bring up someone who can make good decisions. If it goes on whith this speed, and if FF14 is the expected success, I’ll give you 8-10 month. and playerbase 5 digit (without boosters next 10 year gametime). And if you think something called council will solve it, it will not
To be fair before I bought a sub I could spend an entire evening reloading the FF14 launcher to actually get into the game.
As for the OP I appreciate that you enjoy hyperbole but trying to say that it took 100 days for you to get an answer to a problem that was only introduced last week is slightly over the top. I also cannot believe that out of 10 of you none of you had a mobile phone with enough credit to receive and send one SMS.
