Hope this issue will be fixed ASAP.
I’m guessing that the queue priority was changed for them to prioritize other russian servers.
I still see full-Russian Horde teams a couple of times a day but I no longer see individual Russian players on either side so they’re all being rerouted to other Russian-based groups causing longer queues.
As I previously said, Horde seem to vastly outnumber the alliance on the RU servers because the players complaining about this seem to be Horde which leads to them having much longer queues. Since their server pool (and therefor player pool) is much smaller than the rest of Europe it means that their queue times will also be much higher than the Horde players from the other servers.
Alliance players that eventually hit exalted might stop queueing as well which leads to even longer queues for the Horde players.
What baffles me though, when we do encounter Russian Horde players, they all zugzug straight to Vanndar and “win” with only 1.1-1.7k honor whereas the Alliance has 2.7-3k.
You’re essentially sitting in queue for what… 500-1000 honor per hour?

That is because they put cyrilic users in one raid for av so you need +/-40 to get queued. Get 40 mates and queue together and you’ll have the standard 15-20 minutes all horde has. During that time you can go and raid southshore

You are very unlikely to get a blue response here, Blizzard don’t use their own forums. You could however ask them on Twitter, they seem to be more responsive there

we can all massively start playing on some kind of European server, dialogs on this topic are already being conducted inside the guild, I wonder if European players will like it

That’s fine, but if you start spamming in public chat channels by using cyrillic text then you’re likely to get muted by a flood of spam reports though.
There’s already a Russian guild on the server I play on. They blend in just fine.
Yeah, it’s because all Russians are placed into one queue(Not onto EU)
But effectively, they’re only grouped up with other Russians.
So you have to wait for another 39 Russians to be in that group in order to actually get into an AV game.
Truthfully thought it was mostly premades, but I see that it’s not the case… it’s just Russians not being able to join non Russian groups, yet join EU BGs?
The Russians are being basically put in another queue in which doesn’t queue you up with EU players, despite the fact the Russians are joining EU battlegrounds.
So what’s happening is that they’re only being queued up with fellow Russians.
This is worse than in original vanila.
Blizzard there is no Russian separated group.
There is only EU group where Russia is.
Actions made to separate Russian players from other EU members is BAD IDEA. Within Russian players Horde will always own Alliance by numers, so it will cause huge problems in cross server BGs.
Why there is no problem with German, Polish and other EU members with other letters as well, just can’t get it.
FIX IT, OR U WILL START LOOSING PVP PLAYERS IN RUSSIAN COMMUNITY!

They use the latin alphabet, so they don’t get any unfair advantage.
What advantage are u talking about? If u don’t have German letters on the keyboard it will be the same if there are few in the name, u still can’t type /w “name”. U will have to perform action click RB and choose whisper. So it works the same.
