This, there is a big difference between taking a new guy to a push key, or just and easy 15.
What the people i usually play with does when someone new joins the guild was immidietly force… i mean politly ask them to do a key. And usually a decently high one, just to see what they are like.

Yes. How dare I say no to Jimmy, the green quest gear guy, from handing over my key to him. How dare I not give free boosts with my own key which I worked for because surprise! Those +15s/+20s keys don’t just pop in from nowhere. You actually have to do the dungeons to raise your own key.
Well, sounds like tryhards. It reminds me a bit of a friend (who is not even playing WoW) who tried to introduce me to his friends and that was their first question as well. They acted “elitists” (like this one troll would say) meanwhile their highest key at this time was a +6 while mine was +12.
Long story short: You don’t have to deal with these people
Well I don’t know what your goals are and how you pick your guild but this sounds like the typical casuals who cba learning anything and just wait to get carried. I tend to avoid these people.

I claim it’s not exclusive and it is “open”, the argument to that is the fact that nobody is forcing you to play with those “elitists”. The proof to that is myself, I am playing with who I want, when I want and nobody is holding me back. That’s a plain, undeniable fact.
Since you are a donkey, let me explain: I play a healer main and if he mains a healer as well, we obviously can’t play together since you don’t do M+ with 2 healers 
Preservation Evoker , 376 ilvl , highest key is 10 not on time unfortunately 4 mins over time. 7/8 Normal in raid so far.
All those keys have been pugged. No a single guildie interested in joining me.
I almost got in my first guild key yesterday but they decided it was late … but I could hear them on discord saying the priest has gone to bed. I’m like erm I’m right here , I can heal I know how to heal … I’m healing for you in raids … hello oh that’s right i’ve only been in the guild for 6 months+ .
I have a strong suspicion I’m just going to have find people outside of guild to key push with or just do what’ve I’ve done the majority of Mythic + life cycle … pug … and being in a guild suprise surprise

Because those people who for some reason can’t get to play seem to think that m+ is exlusive and gatekeeping feature. Since I also throw in my key in the “community pot” then indirectly I get accused like I am doing “all I can to make sure they can’t play”…which couldn’t be father from the truth.

I never said that I personally believe in that statement. I don’t and m+ is open to anyone who wants to actually play it(and is not looking for a free boost). I only quoted what some people on the forums seems to believe.
Throw your own key in. Invite whomever you want, based on whatever criteria you want and presto
