one of the worst communities ive seen since very long time.
Pugging my way with non meta healer (2988atm,not braging just point out to make my point) to reach 3k is next to impossible with this community full of meta slaves and fotm rerollers.
There is next to 0% chance people around my rio to invite me(atleast thats what is happening),so i push with people 100-200-300 rio below me that got lucky and go a key that i need to improve my rio.
Guess what happen?!?
When ive done all 22s in time this week,somehow everyone stopped inviting me at all.Wating now 10+ hours combined with yesterday expiriance with my lfg,even 200-300 rio people below me dont want to invite me.
This community is rotten inside.Im so done with M+ after i reach my goal.

you`re not entitled to being invited to groups. Run your own key and decide who you want in your team.
I do,but i cant fill all dungeons just with my key
Hey congratulations. You have really achieved alot to get to nearly 3k especially with 411ilvl.
At 415ilvl I’ve only managed to get to 2.5k. So you’re a million times better than me.
But you are in the land beyond now. So who knows what you’re going to meet. But you recognise your Spec isn’t a Meta, so I’m sure you can understand when you’re at a point where Progression is the only reward, why someone might take a better performing class.
You’ll find alot of players will stop at maybe 20 for the portals. I can’t really be bothered with that one myself. But as time goes on and more people gear up you have more people to play with.
So do I 
this is what happened in this season before this beta release filled of not finished professions and specs.
Blizzard just made the gear harder to obtain and unfriendly and grieving.
Im mainly PvP player,but i ussualy want to play some M+ on the side just for pure enjoyment(thats why im lower ilvl,i pick always pvp gear from vault).Gear isnt the problem(I dont even sign up for keys that i know i wont be able to heal,mainly because of my spec not because of my gear),the problem is i cant enjoy the game by standing afk and wasteing my time in lfg,just because i play what i like(not because im not the same or even higher rio than the key holder of the key i sign up for)
No that’s fair enough. Nobody wants to stand AFK in queues all the time.
But you’re really playing at the End of the end game here. There are still many people behind where you are who want to get to your point.
I think M+ is still relatively new in comparison to Rated PVP, even more so the Top level of M+. Hopefully over time it will mature into something you can enjoy like you do PVP.
You are at the point when its much easier with friends. You should try adding people who play good and are friendly. Maybe youll even get a team
I highly doubt that to ever happen,people act like zombies.What ever their M+ guide influencer show them or tell them that should be played,thats what they play and play with in their keys(i bet you can easily see this even in lower keys 15-20)
People on this raitings,dont add none meta people to play and push with,and my goal is not much more to push,just reach 3k
thats not true, just go on voice/discord for dungeon and talk shjt and make friends
It is true.I just want to reach my goal and be done with.
About adding people and stuff,first this to happen they got to give you chance to prove yourself,something as i explained doesnt happen,because they act like zombies and follow meta as some sect
yes its easier with people you invite to your own key like uve notice, if they did good tell them that and that itd be cool to play again and ud like to add them in friendlist.
Soon you will have a lot of friends you can make a m+group so they can play with each other too

yep,its kinda easier there,even tho on top level its the same,people seek for Evokers(not shamans)…but when you got expriance and achivements there,they kinda count and people still invite you from time to time
ok u are definitly making your life harder by not having team chats for anything 
randoms are randoms, friends you know how they play and what to expect
When you play on very top you are expected to play meta,so friends or not you wont be invited and i fine with this,but im not pushing 24-25-26 keys
Lol you`re angry because you cant reach 3k…most of us dont even reach 2k, my elemental with 2.1 rio and 407 ilvl, can stay a whole day in queue just to enter a 15…never ever getting invited in 16(which are camped by high rio for tokens)
SO yeah…not saying u dont have the right to be upset, but trust me can be WAY worse, and it is, for most of us.
Exactly, why would I inv non-meta when meta, for instance prot warr was on another level, from randoms if I have choices. With friends it different but u dont have any 🫠
You are also competing against raidboys who are 10ilvl higher and playing meta
