M+ Leavers - Leaver Rank Solution

they cant cater to that demography without completly guting the dungeons and difficulty

because your average pugger is very very bad at playing wow.

and thats the reality you cannot discuss or argue with . its a fact.

blizzard made very good changes this season ,

+11-13 is dififculty that bad players should aim for. not +17 or +20 . 2nd affix kicking is should be and is a huge barrier . either you git gud and overcome it or you should stick to +11.

and this should be indeed voiced better by blizz.

there is nothign to be ashamed of if you just do +11 bdw. i will say it again - im atm learning to heal and i do that by leveling 6 healers in normal dungeons. not by swapping my 425 itlv shammy to resto spec (or 429 priest to holy or 430 itlv evoker to prevoker etc etc ) and jumping straight into +15/16 even though i would probably do that

i do normal dungeons to learn . exactly how it should be done.

people should not learn how to play in +17 . end of story

and then many classes don’t have a cc…
or should the healer crowd control these extremely annoying two things twice a minute? and then also heal the group? and watch out for any nonsense when you’re mele healer? and then also play boss mechanic? lol?

and many don’t even have weakaura with warning for it… and dont play without mouseover.

Look, I did read carefully, but it seems like you’re missing my point or maybe you don’t have much experience with running a lot of keys.

From my own experience, low DPS rarely causes people to leave in a +20 key or more. There are numerous other reasons why people leave runs.

I’ve had plenty of groups disband due to failed interrupts, tank routing disagreements, tanks moving too much, inappropriate use of Bl, and unnecessary toxicity for no reason at all. The bottom line is, when you join or create a group, you commit to it for the duration of the timer, regardless of the reason. If you don’t, then you should face consequences for ruining the run and causing frustration for others.

In the end, it’s about holding people accountable for their actions and not allowing them to ruin the experience for everyone else.

I watched a tank leave a +20 freehold because a dps got beaten by the healer on DPS on the first pull. The healer was doing 60k dps, the dps was doing 45k.

Im genuinly curious how those 2 will try to justify that 45 k dps in +20 st firstp ull of fh

And how they will blame tank for leaving

Absolutely! A tank can easily find another group and face no punishments for leaving, why wouldn’t he just leave? even if the healer is doing more than the dps, its not a reason. and you said was the first pull!

Lies, I waste minimum 30 mins to get into keys.

Maybe because you are a Warrior

Still doesn’t justify the fact that it takes ages even for the tanks.

I didn’t say tanks get instantly invited, but if you’re comparing the priority of inviting tanks or healers versus DPS, then there is definitely an issue.

?

“Easily” means it’s much easier for tanks and healers to get invited compared to DPS.

in the 20s? so i have insta invites as a tank/healer. however, I timed almost everything 21/22.
And now I’m very picky. So without hero and spriest I don’t register at all.

sure. good tank and healer in the group? then have fun choosing the dds. i already had jokes like 100x dds in the queue in prime time.

maybe that’s why the dds fanatically push their rating… so they have better chances for a quick weekly. lol

Raider io score lowered: It is useless and actually hurts the game to lower it. Rio scores display the max level of dungeons they completed you cannot “lower” it since you cannot change the max dungeons they completed.

Leaver Rank: Sure, go ahead and introduce this. I do not care about leavers but for those that care this feature could help identify them.

Also a note: The system you are describing only works for “completion” runs. In a run that people join to time it, if they see that either something goes wrong or someone is not on par with this, they leave, and this is the correct behavior for those type of runs.

For completion runs, the people joining “agreed” to stay for the whole dungeon and know more or less than it might take more than the needed time to finish it.

On the other hand on the timed run, the people only care about timing the dungeon and not about completing it. It is unfair to force this system into them.

So yeah no problem with your system as long as it is opt in (see: used in completion runs), and does not impact the people that do not care about it.

to good groups ? ofc its not. unless tank has very good gear and score

to weak group with owner being boosted ? ye thats almost instant invite always ;0 but no good tank / healer wants to be in those groups

Apparently for some having dps below tank and a healer is fine :dracthyr_hehe_animated:

druids are actually good. most players are 443/444. that’s probably why there is distrust.
