External drive worked perfect yesterday on a bg and wq. Today it crashed on bg 2 times so unfortunately it doesn‘t make the game playable
opened a ticket, but wanted to complain here as well 
same problem. macbook pro 2019 (13"). game keeps freezing. can’t play at all. why do they need so long to fix this? our game time is running …

Hi. I just got a refund for game time.
Has anyone tried bootcamp with windows 10. Heard it solves the issue and that it runs better.
Going to install in tomorrow but just asking if anyone has tried this yet
I’ve tried it, twice, both times I wasn’t able to connect to WIFI. I really dunno why, but it ended up being so frustrating after spending +2 hours troubleshooting it that I’ve just given up on it now.
If anyone knows why this happened please let me know.

Did you run bootcamp after you install windows to install the drivers
Tbh, it is so stupid to buy a mac for installing windows on it…

Well I ran bootcamp where there was drivers present, but I guess it wasn’t the right ones.

i updated to OS 10.15.3
i felt better but had to go to work before I could do some real testing in a dungeon setting. Try it and report back. Perhaps Apple saved us…
I insta tried after seeing your post, seemed fine for a while in a 15man bg. But no, problem is not solved… :’(

This is highly interesting, would you be so kind to share the transcript or ticket. I had a whole chat with CS and they say they cant refund any game time as as long as the issue is still open. In fact they stated their policy is they will not refund any game time at all.
So do us all a favor and make the ticket response public so we can all benefit from it. Thanks!

im still at work so…but Yoyoyo said it worked fine for a while but it was not fixed. Not sure what he means by that though.
Well I did the OS update and I went for a random bg which is for me the best way to see if I still have the freezes/crash/… In general on Eye of the storm I insta get freezes at the first teamfight in the middle but I ended not having any for like the 5 first minutes. I guess my pc was super cold since he was updating os for a bit less then an hour. But as I said in my last comment no it is not fixed for sure ended up having around 10freezes in the all bg.
The lack of communication on this is awful, HUGE threads on both the EU & US forums. Come on Blizz, this can’t be good for my laptop freezing and hard boot resetting constantly.

Just wanted to add that I’m convinced this is due to spell effects on screen. It only seems to happen to me when there are a lot of animations going on - but that could be anywhere in the world. Really hope Blizzard have reached out to Apple and Intel for help on this one - seems to be a doozy to fix.
