Approximately half the servers are on line for some time now. Is this a known issue. I see no info.

yeah. wondering how long they will be down for.
Cant find any info what so ever either.
My guess is that someone forgot to switch them on and went home.

Believe me. The down Servers will not come up for several hours more. The Person doing the “maintenance” messed it up on several servers and left the scene. Now we have to wait for some competent Person (which is rare like an epic world drop) showing up in the Office, having his Coffee, morning chat, and then, maybe, check out the problem and fix it.
still a classic it seems like. if that is true, well Elden ring for a few hours works for me. Thanks blizzard!

Who should give us information if nobody is there. Usually Companies like Blizzard outsource “Maintenance Work” to cheap “Service” Companies because their own staff is to expensive when working at night. So, the employees of the “Service” Company gets a handbook with what to do and when. If something, even it is a minor issue, goes wrong the cheap Person is completely helpless, panicked and what not. So they immediately stop working and leave a note or e-mail that “something” went wrong… And that’s why we are sitting here and wait for the servers to come alive. Because of maximizing profits.

Blizzard, why are so many realms down after normal maintenance? The product I bought malfunctioned and you are nowhere to be seen?

Go type on Twitter X where they announce maintenance schedule. I really think someone just forgot to turn those servers on 
Soo, you’re saying: “go outside the company-moderated forum to another 3rd party forum to get the attention of the company to fix their mistake?” Somehow that just seems incredibly on-brand for this particular company…

Keep calm Ladies and Gents. I guess the servers will be up around 10-11 AM (GMT+1). At 9 AM someone will enter the bureau. After he has done his morning routine (Coffee, Chat) he’ll look into the problem. When he fixed it, and the maintenance was done servers will be up around 10 AM. If he fixes it and maintenance wasn’t done… it is 11AM.

This is annoying.
I just love the idea that in a billion dollar enterprise it comes down to one man’s timing of his morning and taking-a-dump- routine for millions of people to enjoy their daily fix 
“Will you all relax, please!? Brandon has not come to work yet, and we all know that on the morning following “Taco-Tuesday” in the company cantina, Brandon’s belly will be needing a little maintenance on its own, if you know what I am saying…Expect the servers to be back online once the toilet detoxification team has left the premises”.

That would be their fault if they did lose their character.
There are in-game notifications that the server will go down and also announced in good time before the weekly maintenance.
