Make wow f2p

Maybe you are right. I can’t imagine what can get worst though.

Gameplay wise or?

We thought WoW couldn’t get any worse after WoD and then we had BFA. Never say never.

If WoW2 go f2p. Do you want blizz make more stores for mounts/pets/tramog/boost/ etc ?

It’s why we buy sub as not more stores.

Yeah, it’s much better to buy bag space slots instead.

So true, we only have to endure it on the launcher every time we start the game!

And ingame, only boost spammers are acceptable!

Preach it brother, it’s much better to just have 1 currency. GOLD! Which you can also buy for IRL cash!

So true, I mean you can tell that all these free to play games are no where near the AAA quality of mighty Blizzard Entertainment!

I’m not sure I am wrong

If I was you would have unsubscribed from the game and left by now

I’m not entering the overquote into oblivion method that some favour so I will address you one go.

I’m not sure how you’ve been playing WoW. The only place we ‘buy’ bag slots are in the bank and those are for in game currency.

The launcher has news on it, sometimes it covers things that are sold in the in game store. WoW adds things to the store a few times a year. The F2P experience is a pop up in the middle of your screen every time you log in, trying to promote their goodies, they change their promotions often to entice people to keep spending. Many things that come as standard in a sub model are extras you can buy in most F2P models.

Gold can even be used to buy the WoW store goodies, some even make so much gold they buy expansions, pay for game time, buy other games etc by converting to balance.

I will never understand why people who seem to hate this game so much will spend so much time slating it instead of just putting it down and finding something that better suits them. If a game doesn’t interest me I don’t play it.

Nice troll post heh

Yes, people are not allowed to give feedback. How dare I.

Let’s be fair most of what you post is hot shots at stuff.

Not that there is something inertly wrong with that.

That’s because people really liked the previous iterations of the game and are very passionate about it.

They voice their concerns in the direction the game is going, due to the many frustrations it has brought them.

They don’t hate the game, they actually love it. Their best memories from gaming are from it.

These in return also have trouble understanding fanboys like you, Punyelf. Those that defend Blizzard at every occasion, turn a blind eye to constructive criticism and ignorantly dismiss concerns as “hate”. No one here hates the game, sure… people are frustrated with it, but we all share a love for this game.

World of Warcraft has probably had its most controversial 2 years ever, along Blizzard Entertainment itself. Were it not for player revolts, we would be even closer to a F2P or AAA greedy industry standard model than we already are.

All I did was list similarities to your arguments, that are already in the game.

Like… on these forums, you are literally like that guy who right after the Diablo: Immortal fiasko went up to the microphone and apologized for players voicing criticism.

Feedback? You’re moaning like a pleb

Fanboy?

Who’s the bigger Fanboy here? Punyelf who pays and plays the game for fun, or you who is such a Blizzard fan that they can’t stay away from these fora, which are dedicated to a game you hate! So tell me again who the Blizzard fanboy is again?

F2P models are usually far too intrusive, and are filled with pop ups trying to get you to buy things for in-game benefits. I wouldn’t like to see Blizzard go down that route just yet.

I loved Wrath of the Lich King but I wouldn’t want to go back to it permanently or want that style of game play now. I’ll gladly play on a Classic Style Wrath server for a while just like I will with TBC, I gave Classic a whirl on launch. It really makes you appreciate how far the game has come and how very basic and lacking in features it was. I think it’s great they finally gave people an official way to be able to play the game old skool instead of people having to go on private servers.

It’s a myth that I defend everything Blizzard does. It suits some to conveniently ignore anything I criticise and make silly claims like most of your statement which has no basis in fact and is little more than a personal attack. This particular discussion isn’t even about Blizzard in particular, it was about a free to play model. I’m hardly alone in disliking F2P models in general.

You failed with your arguments which is why they just come across as somewhat bitter. I genuinely do not understand why anyone would pay for a product they consider sub standard. There has only been one expansion I disliked enough to unsub until the next one came out.

When feedback is constructive they will often listen but it’s their game. They aren’t obliged to agree to things the playerbase suggest. Personally I’ve found them to be very good in recent times in listening to the playerbase, apart from the obvious ripcord movement.

Well ngl where was Ur feedback.

You litterally stated

" I don’t think this games worth the money."

The correct answer is

Then don’t pay for the game.

Your feedback basically states you hate the game. Lol telling a company to go f2p isn’t feedback.

Feedback is what’s being done about convenants. There’s a difference though. There’s no logical way they fix the problems you have with the game

Therefore the choice is basically

Keep paying
Or leave.

Yes because gambling boxes and everything cool in real money store is so much better also most F2P mmo’s barely have any new content at all ever added if you don’t count loot boxes.

Ah yes the magnificent gameplay of classic wow that was the epitome of any type of gameplay…
