Many DPS classes completely useless

I see BM (and other classe) getting nerfs.

    • Dire Beast’s Kill Command damage reduced by 30%.
    • Beast Cleave gained by Dire Beast effectiveness reduced by 30%.

Which goes back to my, I’m not sure the logs are the issue here.
