How about you give an Estimated Time on when this is going to take effect from?
You and your company seem to fail at the most basic of communication principles.
What are you doing, when will it take effect, how long will it take to do and what will the net benefit be?
You guys are honestly the worst right now, get your eye back on the ball, we are paying for a service that we aren’t receiving.

Queue jumped from 2.2k to 800, so I’d assume they’ve increased the server capacity by 1,500. This is for Firemaw atleast

How does this affect your stated goal of removing layers by phase 2? While we understand that from a tech point of view, removing the queues is easy by allowing more layers to form - but for the sake of realm community, we all want to see layers removed (so that there is ONE Ironforge to show off your epic tier set in!)
So what % of the population playing now would need to stop playing by phase 2 in order to remove layering completely?
Based on the popularity of the game over the last 48 hours, do you HONESTLY still expect that many people to drop out?

Sounds like a good idea, just no more servers, as many of them will later be empty. Mine “Hydraxian” is listed as high, but I hardly see any players. Maybe check for bugs there too, as that sounds unreasonable for a high realm.
So instead of being the queue for 8 hours I get to be in the queue for 4 hours !!

Stop with this negativism, you aint helping yourself either… stop talking about money tho, its ugly… yes we paid for services but for god sake u pretend to be a community, community is not about the money!
