Question, as I’m new to the game, are the reputation and renown rewards account wide? Because if so I can just go get them on another character and not have to care anymore.
You mentioned that characters left at level 1 should now be fixed if we log in with that character? Mine still doesn’t seem to be fixed. I created a gnome priest with the boost but it boosted an old dwarf priest character I had.

No meaningful updates today, except that work on the necessary steps to grant renown/currencies to affected character is progressing nicely.
While I can not make any promises, I’d expect something to happen during this week… hopefully we’ll be able to get you some more solid updates soon™! 
This is correct, the problem about boost leaving the character selected to be boosted to level 1 has been fixed and is no longer happening.
This is unfortunately a different problem, which to the best of my knowledge was fixed too and should no longer happen.
However since it is technically not possible to remove the boost from a character to grant it to another, the fix was not retroactive. You may want to contact our GMs so they can look into the best option to help you.

Nah, I just refunded my purchase as today was my last day to do so. I think waiting for almost 14 days is long enough.
I am annoyed it’s been so long now the issue persists, missed the refund window myself but will continue waiting for a fix. Really hoping for that to happen soon, please, anytime now be great

Some news fresh from the oven, the preliminary work to heal up characters affected by missing currencies/renown has been completed, and the actual process to grant stuff back will start soon™.
We have not been provided with a hard date and time yet, but we are getting closer and closer to a resolution now.

This one word fills me with dread, however I doubt be long then.
Took some bouncing around between GMs, and I had to delete five low-level alts so they could restore the level 1 alt - but they were able to undelete her and boost her to 80 for me, and she got all the gear and renown. So, a happy resolution at the end.

Fresh news point out that a fix has been actually applied overnight in all regions, affected characters should get any missing currency/renown at their next login.
Initial tests seems to be showing this to be working properly, so I’d encourage everyone affected by the above issue to try and login on their character now, and possibly report the outcome here

I’m curious how you manage to get a GM to take your case, I’ve either been talking to AIs or they just said there was nothing they could do…

Hello, i know its been log since the last reply but i just ordered 90 dollar midnight bundle with the leveling boost but i cant apply the boost to my character , i tried a few times but nothing happens ? is there any particular reason for that or ? i saw this post is from months ago and its still not fixed or i must do something differently ?
