I am trying to transfer from the Gehennas to Ashbringer as my buddies are already there.
But i get a message that there is mail in my mailbox. There is however no mail in there. I have no active quests that have mail pending. No auction house mails incoming or outgoing. My ignore list is empty.
Is there anything else that i might have overlooked?
Raise a ticket and get a GM to clean your mailbox. I even think there is a topic in Customer Support where you can (at least could some time ago) write if you had the mail bug problem.
If you want to raise a ticket and wait a week that’s fine but try this.
The GM who was doing it was told to stop doing it in the EU by their Manager.
