Ok how about being able to be in 2 places at once? All im saying is that i as solo player shoule be able to pay blizzard money to have a fighting chance against even the most extreme cases of multiboxing, without requiring the help of other players
Correct me if Iām wrong 1 + 1 = 1 + 1 but in your case itās 1+1= 654765168469
But the characters arenāt. It could just as easily be another player camping them.
Basic maths :1+1= 2x1
A single player should not be able to have the power to have vision over 2 places simultaneously, if other players can not do so without paying an extra subscription. I fail to see how you dont get that this is wrong
So if a guild camps them all is that fine? Itās still stopping you in exactly the same way. What if a father and his sons camp all the places.
I donāt see it as wrong, I see it as one player getting what they want, at a monetary cost to them.
Personally I think you would do it if you had the cash.
Yes if a guild camps them all it is fine
and what if every player in that guild is controlled by one person? You canāt know who is sat at the keyboard, one or many players.
Itās similar to your logic, and just as flawed.
You need to differentiate between players and characters.
No you dont. 1 player = 1 character. Anything else can and will lead to abuse and circumvention of game design. Take for example the auction house, by design the auction house is located in cities, and by design, while using them you can virtualy do nothing else in game. This is a tradeoff. You sacrifice being able to do stuff in game for being able to use the auction house. Multiboxers can circonvent this game design and get the best of both worlds, gaining an unfair advantage over others.
So you are saying that Lagislife is your only character? I think you mean you can only log into one character at a time.
I donāt, I always make a character to whom I mail stuff to sell.
The others can buy all the accounts they want too.
Your logic is really flawed isnāt it?
It is PAY TO WIN.
and what exactly do you win? You get gold, thatās it.
Gold is relevent in classic. Also regarding auction house, it isnt so much about selling as it is about consistently scanning the auction house for good deals
And in retail too, but you can only buy so much stuff, you still didnāt answer my question, what do you win? There is no real end to this game.
edit: Itās more like pay to make it easier.
Well with gold you can level alts up faster, you can buy boosts for gear in dungeons, consumables to perform better in raids, etcā¦ overall undermining the efforts made by other players to acheive those things as you are able to do so much easier simply because you paid blizzard more $$.
So thatās exactly what my edit says, which I made before you posted that.
Gold makes it easier, you donāt win with it.
Yes so why cant we just cut the middleman and buy gold dirrectly from blizzard?
Ask them.
Quite a few people have hundreds of thousands of gold in Classic. I would say only a few of them use multibox farming.
Wow token doesnt exist in classic, because gold is far more relvent in classic than it is in retail. For the same reasons, being able to pay more $$ to be able to farm more gold shouldnt be an option
I wish I had the same knowledge of the game you do, I could enjoy it like it was 2005 again.
