“Some effort” is an understatement. The average WoW player is astonishingly bad at the game.
Everyone who really knows his class and uses all abilities to help out the group from time to time is able to do so. After doing the same dungeons over and over again its easy. 20 is like in BFA first seasons 15s.

The guy that only goes and farms all the olds raids for transmogs or mounts while just smashing his buttons randomly will not do a +20.
to be said, 20 is not even a high key when ppl time 34s. ist not even 60% of what best ppl play

Only like 7% or something of people who have played m+ this season have done the dungeons at +20. That’s like 62000 characters.
Something like 28% of those that have played m+ this season have obtained KSM. Like 225k characters.
Doing +25s puts you in the top 1%, that’s some 7000 characters.
People doing those 34s are in the top 0.1%, that’s like 700 characters.

because not many player see anything in playing keys beyond 15s and players who dont put any effort in playing m+ at all dont know their class/ the dungeons but if they learn they could time. They may just play some lowkeys for gear to have it easier farming world content. Which doenst mean they couldnt focus m+ and play 20s
This is just people that are playing m+ though.
It doesn’t take into account everyone that never touches it.
Your statement is simply just wrong when you say everyone can time 20s. For the vast majority, doing 20s is out of their reach due to time constraints and skill.
The guy that logs in 30 minutes a week just to smash some old raid to get transmog or mounts isn’t going to get to clearing 20s.

Ofc not anybody can do it due to time ristrictions, hardware-struggle, whatever. But if they focus and doing so and lets say stop doing world content and start only doing m+, than im sure any human being wo is affected to gaming could do that.
You’re vastly underestimating just how difficult doing 20s is for someone that’s never done them before.
We brought a guy that was doing only weekly 15s to fill his vault into a +18 last season and he was just like “WHY IS ANYONE DOING KEYS ABOVE 15???” due to the increase in difficulty. He was struggling a lot going from doing 15s to 18.
That’s like saying I could become the next Hafþór if I just put effort into it. Completely unrealistic whilst theoretically possible.
The vast majority of people will never do 20s, because it’s too difficult for them. You’re speaking from the perspective of someone that does 20s and is used to it.
the difference is, i was someone not doing 20s either. in BFA when i came back to WOW i was doing up to 14-15 maybe, but then i focused on doing higher keys and i timed my first 20s.
Ofc im used to it now, but it was nothing that just happened.
Most people haven’t got KSM. Only something between 1/3-1/4 of people that have played m+ have obtained KSM.
You’re already well beyond the vast majority if you obtain KSM. You vastly underestimate just how difficult the content is for a lot of people. To pretend that everyone is capable of doing 20s is just laughable.

No they can’t … And let’s be fair, yes 20’s are easy right now … But how are people gonna handle it without affixes that increase overall dmg by a massive amount?

Looking at the 2nd group in my group who are trying and putting effort in it; no, not everyone can. There are in failtrain community still people asking and hoping they ever get to 15’s.
