My take on the 58 boost (41yo oldschool wow player)

Then just play retail?

You dont need to play classic if you dont enjoy it? I no longer play retail.

I really don’t understand your logic
You’re gonna use a boost on a game you dont enjoy?
Lol retail mentality that

Typical Classic mentality which doesnt understand that some enjoy retail and not Classic.
This is starting to become so pathetic that it almost hurts.

The guy was literally complaining that he doesnt enjoy classic so why play?

Did you ask him if he did play Classic?

Once again you have either completely missed the point, or are aware of the point but choose to ignore it.

Nobody on this, or any other thread is against the idea of people enjoying retail and not classic.

What we are against is people who enjoy retail and not Classic imposing their prefered style of gameplay upon Classic by calling for pay-to-win boosts, convenience, QOL, instant gratification, and removal of RPG mechanics.

That is what we are against. It’s not difficult to understand.

Read what he says then you’ll understand

Did you understand what he said?

Where in those 2 quotes does he imply that he plays Classic?

Please, tell me.

You are as dense as the rock you live under.

Here

Its not hard to browse the thread for your answer.

No need for personal insults either.

So he doesn’t play Classic at all, yet he wants the game he doesn’t play ruined, and stuffed full of pay-to-win garbage regardless?

And you support that do you?

Hey guys I don’t play Call of Duty, I’ve never played it in my entire life, and have no intention of playing it.

But I demand the game be changed so that everyone wears a pink spotted outfit holds a banana and throws flowers at each other instead of shooting, because… whatever…

I will but once TBC hits I want to play it. Thats why I think boost is a right thing for people like me who don´t have any interest in playing Classic but want to play TBC

You are aware you have lengthy quest chains to even get attuned for raids?

What makes you think you’ll like TBC if you cant even manage classic?

15 years of WoW experience makes me think so  TBC is like 200% better game than Classic, im pretty sure I won´t be bored like I am while playing Classic. It actually has at least a bit challenging endgame content unlike Classic you know?

You dont enjoy killing 10 boars in Durotar but are happy killing 10 worgs in Outland?

Its the same game pretty much
You’re actually hilarious

10 boars in Durotar aren´t the problem. Problem with Classic leveling is how far everything is (you spend a lot of time just by walking) and how long the whole process of leveling is  TBC leveling on the other hand is much better, quest density is much better, you can go zone by zone without having to switch zones like now in Classic (aka Darkshore - Westfall - Redridge - Darkshore again - Redridge - Duskwood etc.). Its simply much more polished and fluid = more fun for me.

Travel time makes the world feel big and immersive. Portals/flights etc everywhere makes the world start to feel tiny. Literally just look at retail.

Im sure for someone who has zero xp with WoW it may be immersive. But 95% of people already know how world looks like right? Its not original game after all.

Currently handlevelling my 6th Classic character. Level 26 atm. In Ashenvale, it’s raining, ingame music turned up, fighting any Alliance players I come across.

I’d say I’m pretty immersed.

They clearly have more money than they have sense.

So that’s 10 Boosts @ a conservative estimate of £30 each plus 10 x Monthly subs @ £10 per month all to make some Gold Pixels …

Blizzard are going to love your friends
