that’s the whole point, this path blizzard is taking is wrong.
i was fine with seeing void elves, alleria going to alliance i didn’t care. i thought ok they’re “like” blood elves but not exactly the same so it’s fine.
they also gave the horde nightborne which looked like the night elves but not exactly the same so i was also fine with that.
but this is going overboard. this is pandabears v 2.0 and i don’t like it.
this is happening now. not from 2007-2020. it’s happening now and i want blizzard to stop it.
Not sure what do you mean
Silvermoon is or was littered with those huge big green fel crystals… and their radiance colored the eyes of the Elves, not the active demon or Fel consuming; a bit like when a passive smoker get cancer thanks to a chain smoker next to him situation…
Those crystals as far as I know were removed - at least by lore - after the well was reignited
This should have been a thing a long time ago, but I’m glad both sides got it. Horde still got the hair styles though
Both factions have it but only horde could play as one of them. now both factions can “play” as one of them, it’s just like pandas being neutral. do you want high elves to be neutral?
And I need blizzard to move it
I don’t think the blue eyed blood elves are high elves* going by the inbetween green/blue colours, there will probably be a different narrative for blue eyes blood elves
- When people say high elf they obviously mean the elves that made the choice to stay with the alliance
Also they still make more sense as a playable race then void elves purely from a population perspective
Well yes i like neutral high elves. It is more fun finally to get chance to smash high elves in bg now.
Sorry you feel that way,but i do not agree on any account when i look at the overall point. So agree to disagree.
Oke i’ve read the past point on where you described it so i rushed into my conclusion.Yes you are right when it comes to High elf and how they picked to use fel or run and die/withere out its mostly ideology related. But Elfs have that magical addiction if they do not feed they will die out,its simple and biological related.Hence the silver covenant ones fed on the leylines in Dalaran.
then they should make all playable races neutral… what you say is what eso is( for the most part) you can make a char from any race , go to bg and kill any race there.
why not make dwarves playable as horde?
They’ve got heritage armour to show their hawkness to all of us, I think they are all set.
We however still need some official arc of redemption from the void and cinematic hugs and kisses with Vereesa as a proper high elves
I dont mind if they mixmatch our races. All better if queue times go down
Curious to see how many blood elves will change their eye color to blue, because that means allegiance to Alliance as they are considered High Elves in that case
I wonder how entropic embrace will play into all this. Alliance “High Elves” will turn into a shadow demon in combat, while Horde are literally just getting “High Elves” in and out of combat lol
Seems balanced to me
Welcome to 2020 where the story is not from an 2003 rts thats redconed.Stop spilling your headcannon to others.Thank you.
Sure, but as you described
several ways to combat that addiction, moon wells, leylines, mana crytsals, etc
The Blood Elves grabbed every chance to survive, and thats okay, determination is very important, be it demon, living being ,or anything, they syphoned dry
Very pragmatic, very efficient and very elf like
But thats a philosophy/ideology… we do anything to survive and we honor our fallen by naming ourself blood elves, to honor their spilled blood
The covenant and others refused to embrace that and “the bottom feeding” so to speak and with the “better die as a noble than live as a peasant” mentality courted other factions to satisfy their hunger…
If this is a way to fix faction imbalance then go a head. Give taunka to alliance, leper gnome to horde etc.
Yea but thats cause they had a moron leader at that time,a spoiled brat. And not to mention the super entitled Nelfs never stepped to help out,but they did send spys.(tbc ghostlands story)

Yes and they are bunch of aholes who hid in dalaran and did not try to help out there brethere in this case even worse then Kel’thas.
As you said they where left to fend for them self and survive by any means possible.
At the end of the day blizzard will do what the majority wants (hopefully) and whatever that makes more money.
so they won’t care about how some few of us feel :)))
guess i’ll just focus on killing void elves with normal skin color for revenge.

And not to mention the super entitled Nelfs never stepped to help out,but they did send spys.(tbc ghostlands story)
Oh yeah ,absolutely - the Night Elves made many… many mistakes - and to be honest its a bit bigger mistery why they are in the Alliance in the first place; bigger than the Belf-Horde situation. That you could explain with a bit mental gymnastics, and clear they just used the Horde (Theron after all tried to slip away…) to survive, but now a bit outgrown the mudhuts

Yes and they are bunch of aholes who hid in dalaran and did not try to help out
I think this is just partially true
Those elves - like you avarage elf of any kind usually - were arrogant aholes
But I do think they - while scolded and looked down the “bottomfeeders” and orc/troll boot lickers - tried to explain several times - guys, there are other ways, you know, the thing we left in the first place. Stop using drugs Fel and syphoning others… its bad! But just in their Elven-attitude
But this part is just really my oppinion, but its hard to immagine they leaned back and watched their brothers become green eyed “monsters”. After all, they were allowed to make pligrimages to the Sun Well, so some form or fashin communication remained and some sort of connection with the two group
