I think he would hate that… or love that, I am young and if he was me he would not be such a boomer.
I just like lore questions.
This is true, but as said, she was at first injected with a small amount of void. It was only after that (and about 500 years or so I think) that she started to cast void. She did not do it before being injected - this is also before absorbing the naaru thingy.
She did cast void spells and made void rifts and such before the naaru. But she only got her purple glowy form AFTER the naaru.
Appearantly they will… how they will have so, I dunno. Maybe you don’t need to to be exposed to so much void in order to gain that power, despite this being what blizzard clearly have implied earlier.
Usage of void spells is not out of the question before such a massive exposure to void, this much I know and is shown in the story itself, Alleria made considerable use of the void. But again, it is the glowy purple form which was implied to be out of reach before the fallen naaru was absorbed… again implying a need for a huge source of void.
There are storytelling in visual cues and that tends to be forgotten. Before the naaru Alleria does not use that void form at all, probably because she did not have it. After the naaru she uses it liberally, so indeed, rational inference would have it that it should not be possible to use the void to such an extend before.
But blizzard with this new option unlocked clearly says otherwise.
