From what I’ve been able to gather the only suggestions for compensation that’d satisfy them amounts to:
a) being made into a powerhouse faction ala WC3, which would make them grossly imbalanced as a playable race.
and/or
b) roflstomping other playable races to such an extent that they’d be effectively deleted from the game and lore-wise impossible to remain playable… Actually this last one might be more of a Alliance RP’er-that-cannot-separate-IC-from-OOC thing…

I didn’t. Your argument was that there’s enough of an imbalance between the factions due to the loss of Theramore, and an inherent wrong in it being attacked that something needs to be taken from the other Horde races that still have “standing homes”.
I argued against this, you couldn’t argue back, and I used your own logic of guilt by association to justify why Theramore would, in the Darkspears case, not simply be a fair target in open warfare but in fact just desserts for what Kul Tirans did (for the record, I was not arguing that seriously, in case you failed to realize this.), even though Theramore’s only link to Kul Tiras being its acting leader at the time being of Kul Tiran heritage.
I can only assume you’re resorting to being spiteful and petty because in the end, you had nothing.

I never noticed this bold claim before. You’re delusional if you think this is the most terrible atrocity that ever happened in WoW. The Path of Glory and the creation of the Dark Portal were far worse sins. Heck, Kil’jaeden basically orchestrated three genocidal wars because he was still salty at Velen 25.000 years later, and because of said wars countless kingdoms were annihilated, such as Stormwind and Lordaeron. Mighty kingdoms that stood glorious for thousands of years, reduced to ash because a horned dude was salty.

How do you construct a proper discussion that is not at all a pity party, discrimination of other races and faction shaming them all for allowing yourself and your race (in this case, the Night Elves) to be able to cry further?
