so what ? id main paladin only for that reason
How about we make paladin hero class and only 2 races can be paladin

You misunderstood me, I wasn’t arguing against the implausibility of Tauren Paladins. I was making fun of how they were introduced, since they’ve made the jump from being Sun Druids to Paladins in lore. And I wasn’t using them being introduced as a Paladin to introduce NE being Paladins too. I’m mostly arguing against the fact he said that Tauren make more sense than NE to be Paladins, because of their noble tribal nature.
You yourself said it, they do actually have religious military groups. And it was stated that in the past the Night Warrior ritual was used. And as we know the Night Warrior is an avatar of Elune which more or less relates to Paladins.
Because we actually have 2 prime NE examples, learning to be Paladins from their allies. Why can’t other races be DH? I’m not sure, I could make an argument for Orcs and Draenei DHs, out of all races they make the most sense.
Why can’t they teach humans to be Druids? They have, they’re called Gilneans.
That wasn’t Varian she was fangirling over. That was actually the meme character based on Rambo from the Redridge questlines. John “rambo” J. Keeshan. And a lot of people hated Shandris , because she used the “Human Potential” words to praise a meme character.
So why are Tauren an ok stretch for a Paladin race and NE aren’t? Again I’m not arguing against Tauren paladins being added. Genuinely curious.

The only iconic paladin since Warcraft games is human, most others are just fakes. Blood elves did become on the " horde " which never had paladins in lore before that because of the game balance, draenei could be believable but are less iconic than humans, troll paladins and tauren ones aren’t worth commenting and the night elf ones would be the biggest joke of them all because the paladin class doesn’t rly go well with their culture.
Well it was so that Horde could have Paladins and Alliance could have Shamans.

Yeah I’m not gonna bother talking to you further, but let me just repeat what I said - when Blizzard feels like adding them, they will add them - and make the reason up just like they made up all the previous ones.

Both factions had its own version of “customization” back in WotLK but for priests. I remember having 1 or 2 spells in each priest race that was racially unique (see my comment above).
But blizz stripped all of that away and made the same for everybody.
I still wait when priests get that back + paladins so their race+class fantasy combination actually makes sense.

Night Elf Paladin NPCs are already in game, so I don’t see an issue with moon-themed Night Elf Paladins considering we have sun-themed Tauren Paladins, it’s so much the same but opposite sides.

It was some interview after last blizzcon. She said something like"it was nice experience but no". I remember we had nice butthurt back then.

I’ve always wondered because how tauren got paladin, which is basically from the worship of the sun.
But yet night elfs can’t from their worship of the moon.

thats exactly what i mean an ppl longing for cosmetics for classes for so long and we really need the Order of the Moonknights (cause Bloodknights)
Gotta love the logic - one or few individuals becomes something - “night elfs should become paladins”. No keep them nature focused race.

Like draeni rogoues(ub artifact is from one in legion,and are alot of them in rangaari in wod)
Lighforged monks(normal draenei got monks,they had monks on argus and pandas teach evryone)
Like if some demon asked to be trained as a monk i bet the pandaren would actully train them.
Night elf palladins. Mean theyre allreadt basicly palladins (what the class represents a holy knight for race as Palladin itself is just Human/Dwarf thing). dont use holy light but light Of Elune and their priestestses of moon are already bascily it. ANd then ofc had Legion.
Tauren rogues(are many in grimtotem who atleast part of clan is joined with bloodhoof but their leader doesnt even have npc ingame) and the felltotem in legion also had a few.
Basicly any race as dk.
Like if golbins are shamans cause they make contracts with elementals why the hell cant lot of othrs that make lot more sense be added.
Many People hate Blood elf/nightborne druids but that would make way more sense then many other combinations.
And like not all palladins are actully palladins(vindicators,blood knights,sunwalker etc). they could be botanists(using arcane to control nature).
