Hey there,
Ever since the anniversary realms dropped, I’ve noticed that NPC names get highlighted when I walk over them without me targeting them.
I was looking everywhere to disable this, but I couldn’t find anything in the options and none of my addons seem to be causing it either.
Looking for advice if anyone knows how to disable this, thank you.

Yes, it’s the same exact thing, thank you for linking the thread.
It seems like there is no solution or answer to this as of yet.
I opened several tickets without luck and reported it as a bug.
To be honest i don’t know what to do, for now i just had to stop my sub since being a paladin it’s literally impossibile to play since every friendly npc or player steal my cds and heals.
Also seems the issue is on both Classic and Retail.
