On reporting potential erotic role-play

Infantalising “twelve year olds” only shows your own glaring character problems.
No kid that age for well over twenty years has been “innocent”. It’s like ya’ll forget you’ve been the age yourself.

It’s not for them you’re doing this, and you know it.

Isn’t that what the enabled-by-default word filter is for?

Romance is a sin.
Don’t let it in.

Don’t worry. I’m safe. No one would want a romance with a dangerous, dark, brooding elf that harnesses forbidden tentacle powers.

Did I mention I sparkle when I’m covered by the Sun’s light?

sometimes, deep down, you just want to play a gnome holding another gnome’s hand and possibly planting a very chaste kiss on their beloved’s cheek and they talk about getting a house together and oh god oh god i can’t handle it anymore i’m going to cry

Whether the OP is delusional or not - don’t want to chime in on that. But community-maintained Minecraft roleplay servers have long used keyword-search to find and shut dow ERPers.

An answer to those saying shifting through millions of chat lines daily is impossible; no - it’s common practice in other, less-funded communities. However, it obviously can’t identify off-platform ERPers.

You can still get sanctioned for profanity even if youre not evading the filter.

Except Kurd Butterhoof <Homemade Milk & Cheese Vendor> :smirk:
And who could forget Marcus and the Freeseekers (Tanda and Bax) ménage à trois in Highmountain you walk in… :eyes:
That one is actually detalied in A Steamy Romance Novel: Got Milk? that ends with the “Well, since we’re mostly undressed already…”

I think there’s a difference between PG13-tier “haha tiddy” humour and outright sexual content, though.

The difference of this is that Blizzard only “hints” at it but doesn’t outright state anything like it. Refering to it is not on the same level we see in potential ERP emotes.

Of course in the novel there’s a few lines but nothing really super sexual, just playing on the edges to it. It’s rather tamely described.

Now if you walked into a NPC place with those NPCs having super detailed emotes that describe everything that would be another case.

The Blizzard bot doesn’t appreciate your usage of that word. :rage:

Innuendo is fine imo. Outright explicit ugly bumping is not fine imo.

Next expansion is going to have the Jaina-Jaina pairing. only the other Jaina is going to be a time travelling Jaina from the future, who dyed her hair black.

and she’s the end patch raid boss.
