If you’re an absolute purist, okay, then we cannot talk.
I wouldn’t say enemy but yeah. If we take it that seriously, we are opposed.
If you’re afraid that the game is not the original thing - it already wasn’t in 2019. People clear content much more easily thanks to knowledge and add-ons. On that note, purists shouldn’t use any add-ons: DBM, AH, Questie, nada. Nor the internet like Wowhead.
As a rogue / mage / hunter (the latter two being my previous mains) I couldn’t care less about dual spec except maybe lacking tanks & healers.
Similarly, players who just rush to 60 solo and then consider group content are not going to understand.
Those who actually lose with this change are service providers. Primarily gold sellers, but also those who were selling their tanking / healing services, boosts and more. I say good riddance. RMT for upkeep and boosts cannot be the intended Classic way.
