Guard guilds will also be present to maintain the peace. They will not be stopping the protest out right however out of fear of it developing into something far uglier. If you know who and where your enemies are, you can at least sleep peacefully at night. Should it get too wild, the guards will of course intervene and disperse the crowd.

I think people quickly realised it is not that wise to riot/protest against hyper-advanced quasi-immortal aliens especially after they repaired the Exodar and built the Vindicaar that still sits on low orbit…
…and suspiciusly looking like the world-destroying Legion’s upper elite just in different color
So all “Get out of my Planet” ideas for the Aliens are reserved for the Orcs and Ogres
Heck, if you would organise an anti-Alien protest aimed against Orcs and Ogres, you probably would recive a huge support from the Crown itself…
