Off the rocky shores of Kalimdor’s northern tip a ship, though visually human in make sailing with distinct purple sails and proudly bearing the white tree of Darnassus and the mark of Gilneas turns as it prepares for the final leg of its journey towards Auberdine…
The Dirge of Teldrassil has been away on a slight character detour as we’ve taken the time to experience something different™, but the time of our return to our usual role-play is fast approaching! Many more storylines await!
19.4. update: We’re back!

There’s nothing I fear more than hearing Darnassian or British being spoken when I walk through a forest.

It has been several weeks since Elrian departed from the elusive lands of Val’Sharah to the magical city of Dalaran, there, he was teleported by a mage to the capital of the Alliance; Stormwind.
Elrian gave a smuggish look to the city. From dwelling in the ancient lands of his ancestors to walking on the streets of a dirty, Human… City… The smell and the noise were as deafening and foul as he recalled…
He gave a shifty look at the commoners who tried to make conversation while he had supper in the local tavern, he would soon be in Kalimdor, he kept saying to himself.
Although, being in a quiet corner of a local tavern did have it’s own advantages, apart from preventing insufferable chit-chat, it also provides much needed information for one who isn’t familiar with the region he finds himself in, he heard two mercenaries talking about a settlement in the jungle down south called “Booty Bay”, there, he could find swift passage by boat to Kalimdor, surely Kaldorei wouldn’t allow Goblins on their ports, so he assumed he would be sailing to Horde territory, he knew that the Goblin posts were neutral, but he would still have to be discreet, Durotar and the Barrens were replete with Orcs, although the war had ended, some of those scum could still have a fire in their belly to kill their old enemies, such as Elrian himself.
Elrian travelled south with Ka’Dhoras, reaching Booty Bay after some days of travelling through the jungles where he met some unfortunate native trolls, the boat would sail the next day to Ratchet.
With calm sea and strong winds, Elrian found himself in the shores of Kalimdor in less than two weeks, he hopped on his saber and began heading North, Astranaar bound…

Nothing deters your enemy like camping with angry night elves. As a bonus, we get to explore mysterious, ancient night elf ruins hidden away in the depths of Blackfathom. What more can an anxious Argent ask for!

One of the few concepts that still can justify with little problem why they’re fighting Horde. Super cool guys.

Unexpectedly whisked across the Great Dark to Outland during a mission and presumed dead by some back home, word of the Dirge’s fresh sightings in and around Azuremyst Isle soon reaches the mainland to the great relief of some.

An absolutely fantastic guild for any night elf or worgen ally who feel scorned by the failures of the Alliance to avenge the fall of Teldrassil and more. A terrific place for any elf/worgen who wants to unalive the Horde for their actions and their crimes!
If your elf/worgen is CLAMOURING for the good old days, when you had a tree to call your own? If your elf/worgen isn’t AFRAID of doing a little bit of skirmishing? If your elf/worgen can’t stop WON’T stop being friendly’nt against the Horde?
Then the Dirge is a place for you.

The howl of ghouls, the hiss of crocolisks… and the laughter of goblins enjoying blowing both out of the water if they get too close! The Dirge has found itself in the Dustwallow Marshes chasing after mysterious reports of ogre magi releasing necrotic arts into the swamps! Only time will tell what they end up finding amidst the stagnant bogs…

Rejoining Dirge for a few nights is like putting on a comfy bathrobe that’s been sat on a radiator.
Warm and comforting.

Having survived Primalist machinations in Tanaris, the Dirge continues on… to Un’Goro! There a grand plan is in motion. Will the Dirge be in time to stop it? Only time will tell…
With the threat in Un’Goro quenched, the Dirge eyes a journey eastwards… To isles of some kind… … …
Having suddenly been forced to pause their progress on the Broken Isles, the Dirge are forced to content with demons, the Naga and possibly something else yet before they can resume their sail towards the mysterious new world tree… But sail they shall!
Eventually.

Twists and turns, the Dirge’s saga takes. Yet even now, events move in the background that threaten to consume them whole…
Having spent some time under the boughs of Amirdrassil the Dirge now look to the wider Dragon Isles to continue their adventures…!
According to the latest rumours, the Dirge is pursuing some goal alongside with a Quel’dorei archeologist in the Waking Shores. But for whatever purpose…?

If you look past the fact that these elves are uh… elves, they’re actually quite decent.
I mean for elves.
