In what way are they getting stronger?
Does anyone really know the state of pvp? Maybe they are just bad players?
I like the state of WPvP - so now we have an opinion clash here.

Im not saying Asmongold has a WF, it was just an example.

the whole twitch culture in general, the way it makes people speak, their stupid emotes and all that spammy nonsense
furthermore streamers get elevated to be more important than they really are, this isnt just limited to streamers but social media people in general
that being said, most of the time(with a few exceptions) its not the actual streamer i dislike its their irritating fans
Only crazy people with too much time on their hands use these forums.
Too bad, people who feel the need to express their hate and dislike about people or different things without providing actual constructive feedback to help improve the said person or topic are sad losers who are just jealous. Maybe they should spend that extra time, energy on themselves.

We cant discuss about general concepts.
With “pvp state” I meant the way to gear up without touching pve, which is bad.
Streamers dont have the truth, but they make people talk about it.
They re not our representatives, but thanks to them a big portion of the community start to talk about it.

I don’t hate them, what’s frustrating to me is when people link a streamer’s/youtuber’s subjective opinion about something and act like it’s a fact like they can never be wrong.

Because they sell people’s outrage back to them.
Because they are a negative influence on the communities they supposedly support, because they confuse their opinions with facts, and more troublingly, so do their fans.
Because they will intentionally disrupt Servers with their wailing drones, who often spam racism and Homophobia and Anti-semitism in /Yells, and they consistently get away with it, and then don’t even apologise.
They lack the spine to take responsibility for their actions, and often incite others to carry on the actions.
There is a certain peasant cunning in selling your reactions to things to other people, but it is hardly high art.
And most of them don’t actually seem like very pleasant people either, but dramatically overexaggerated pastiche mockeries of a normal person.
Really, the question should be, given the harm they do, why -Do- some people like streamers so much?

They say they don’t care about them, but it does tend to go beyond that. If you as much as mention them as someone who says what you’re trying to say, but a little differently, then they instantly go “lol streamers, don’t care”.

I don’t think there’s a lot of people who don’t play WoW who know who Asmongold or Baldlullar are.
So it’s not like they make the game be popular, but rather benefit through hyperbolic retarded content of the success of WoW.

You can dislike twitch culture and find it annoying, there is no problem about it.
Streamers are important because they give visibility, but yes, fans can be annoying, but not only the ones of streamers.
Streamers are only importnant if they give visual in a proper manner.
WoW can do without streamers like Asmongold really…
It allready had the playerbase long before he even started streaming.
And you made that comment, in relevance to another post of yours, I think you’re abusing the games that actually do need it.
Fortnite didnt need it.
Among us and Fall Guys needed that extra exposure.
However, Mind you, those are completely different games and theyr playerbases are still far less then what you’re playing here.
