Finished hosting a mini campaign for my Nightfall bois, when that last event ended I felt so relieved. All those doubts and worries gone, as if a huge weight dropped from my shoulders.

New Rimworld DLC gave me an excuse to get back in that game.
My first playthru ended with my colonist getting scratched by a fennec fox and bleeding to death.
I watched Grand Hotel Budapest yesterday again. And it is still an absolutely delightful movie.

Today i learned; that now when you go upside down on your flying mount, your mount stays in that position (it used to return to upright if you stopped moving, but would resume being upside down if you moved).
It amused me while waiting for Rotfeast to spawn.

It’s my daughter’s first birthday today!
This is a massive delight because it’s been a hell of a year and having a child is the wildest adventure ever, very often really frustrating and difficult but ultimately super cool to watch a human grow so much before your eyes.

Discovering a fun new RPG always makes me happy. In this case it would be Age of Decadence!
Ohhh man that is a path I walked down a few years back and absolutely changed my life. I had so much fun trying out different ingredients, dishes, making sauces and marinades from scratch compared to from the packet. Really opens up a whole new world of experiences.
If you’re ever slightly into baking, trying to make your own sourdough culture can also be a lot of fun. You just take flour and water, leave it alone for long enough and suddenly you have created life! That’s crazy
