I got a new microwave today. This might not seem that exciting, but you must consider that my old microwave was kinda broken and was a level 3 existential threat to humanity at this point.
3.6 roentgen
not great, not terrible
Look. With the amount of weird noises the thing sometimes made, I am honestly surprised I haven’t grown a third arm at this point.
I finally managed to come up with a direction for the character I had issues with in the past. I spoke about it ages ago on the forums but I doubt anyone else even remembers that conversation.
It’s not 3 roentgen.
It’s 15 000.
Did some successful uni work, which was actually nice to work on, a rare thing to happen. Then later, managed to do some Raiding, and as someone who suffers the pain of a slow PC it was quite smooth. And got some gear too.
It was relieving.
I have leveled to 23 IRL
Congrats on the level up!
(Happy Birthday)
Happy birthday!
Happy birthday!
Day late, but happy birthday my friend!
62 wipes later, I finally managed to pug this boss in heroic. The phase 3 is actually crazy with its mechanics overlaps… cannot imagine doing all that movement without my scorch execute talent.
WHOOOO! That’s amazing Coldshade! Quite an ahead of the Curve.
I am happy and grateful that I have stayed healthy (and stronk). I am also happy for my friends that they are doing well, too. Appreciating small things in life is a big thing, y’know
I liked the post but forgot to say happy birthday. Hope it was a good one!
My cat, Gizmo, keeps getting ill and every time he’s better it’s a blessing and I’m happy he’s still going.
I’m just happy today. All is good!
I’m not surprised at all, you’re pretty good at this and I knew you’ll get there.
Grats. Me and my guild got Normal Dentahrius killed this monday and we moving onto Heroic Castle now.
Gnomes.
The thing with gnomes is that their appeal - not only to us RPers, but to the playerbase as a whole - falls in two broad strokes.
The first is the serious kind. You genuinely enjoy the lore, look and feel of the race, the themes and so on. The second is a more light-hearted kind - I have been seeing more and more gnome warriors and death knights lately, and the appeal there is obvious. It’s just absolutely hilarious to imagine a meter-tall (at best) little gnome put on full plate and go beat up house-sized monsters. It’s great.
For me personally, it’s mostly A, but I can see the fun in B too. When I RP seriously on my gnome, I do try to rein in the second aspect a little - after all, even in fantasy settings, size and mass do matter, as otherwise there’d be no difference between the threat of a gronn or that of a goren - but it’s certainly never out of my mind entirely.
Yeah, I love gnomes. One of my favourite races. If I didn’t have pandaren, gnomes would be one of my first choices. You go, champs.
